Dr. Nakatsui, 2043 grafts, repair case

This is a man who had several prior transplants using minigrafts (multi-follicular unit grafts) and micrografts, but was not yet content with the result. He had a reasonably tight scalp but we were able to get 654 single grafts, 876 double grafts, and 503 big grafts, for a total count of 2043 grafts. It was difficult to completely disguise some of the larger multi-unit grafts near the hairline.

In the future, I encourage you to crop each photo to no greater than 800 pixels in width so that the images fit completely on the screen. Or you can attach the photos directly to the discussion topic instead of embedding them.
