I have seen arguments go on for weeks about this topic. He did a wonderfull job densifying a previous strip operation. I was probably one of the first mega FUE patients and have since promoted the FUE method. I can recommend dr. Perhaps you can but there are mixed reviews on his work and he's not recommended by the IAHRS or by this board. Why is that, I don't know. But it is true that he has done some great FUE work on Whoops, who's got one of the best HT results ever.
