Bill - Seemiller
Dakota, In my opinion, it can be just as effective in the front as in the crown. Mind you, this is not a typical case, but take a lok at these Propecia/Rogaine before/after photos. Bill
Senior Member Dr. Ricardo Mejia Posted December 15, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted December 15, 2007 Most of the benefit is seen in the crown and the midzone. I do see patients with finer vellus like hairs in the front that they notice, but not stronger terminal hairs. It is not as beneficial for the frontal hairline.
