I would be careful to abstain for the first few weeks however, simply for the sake of allowing the recipient and donor area to heal a bit. Bill - Seemiller Posted May 22, 2008 Share Posted May 22, 2008 Transplanted hair isn't susceptible to DHT, so you don't have to worry either way. Questions have come up as to whether or not sexual activity can facilitate hair loss to natural hairs that are susceptible.
