jbitb
from what i have read you may incur hair loss intially with minoxidil then you will see an improvment, hair loss may happen for first 2 months then it should be ok, seek professional advice
Senior Member MrJobi Posted June 15, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted June 15, 2008 Shedding is perfectly normal when using Rogaine and Propecia.. Actually it is a good sign , meaning the hairs are cycling through their phases.. The hairs will grow back stronger .. Regular Member beanz Posted July 6, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted July 6, 2008 minoxidil is hit or miss. it works for some whereas it does nothing for others. you may notice an improvement or your condition may worsen. it's a gamble which you have to bet on. for me, it made my condition worse. my scalp was red and irritated, which resulted in increased shedding.
