Regular Member mm Posted May 16, 2006 Regular Member Share Posted May 16, 2006 I am 3 months post op from a 2000 graft HT. It is my 2nd one. I have had considerable hair gowth already, however, much of it has been in the mid scalp and back scalp area and I am worried because I have sort of the "birds nest" look because I have had less growth in front. Am I getting concerned too early? Any suggestions?

Regular Member hrthr Posted May 16, 2006 Regular Member Share Posted May 16, 2006 I am 3 and 1/2 months post op and have kind of the same results, more growth further back than in front. I am not going to get concerned for a month or two.

While it's generally accepted that the crown is slower than most, it isn't always. At 3+ months you should see some exciting things occur in the next month or two. You're getting close.............hang in there. Senior Member Jotronic Posted May 16, 2006 Senior Member Share Posted May 16, 2006 Always remember... you will be on an emotional rollercoaster from day ten to month seven regarding your growth. This is a time of change on a weekly basis and your impression of the work will change as well. Three months is the early half of the average time for grafts to start sprouting so hang in there, it will get better.
