Senior Member hairbank Posted June 5, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted June 5, 2007 The thing that immediately comes to mind.....as I prepare for my upcoming HT w/ Dr. Wong, is scalp stretching exercises. Do them every day if you can. Other than that, pay attention to the pre-op instructions as to what not to drink or take before HT at certain time frames. What's your situationi, finnari? Where are you on the Norwood scale, what is your age, how many grafts is Dr. Keene going to try and harvest??? Senior Member hairbank Posted June 7, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted June 7, 2007 Hey finnari, Same age as me..........just proves us "young middle agers" want hair just like the twentysomethings! Glad to hear you're only a 2 or 3. One thing I'll mention.......and you likely know this but it bears repeating......if you're lowering the hairline you need some density so be sure to get enough. Dr. Keene does quality work so I'm sure you'll be fine. I'll be anxious to follow your progress. June 28th, eh? I'm envious...I have 2 more long months before meeting with Master Wong. I'm ready to "get down to it".
