Senior Member nobuzz4me Posted September 6, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted September 6, 2007 No, I think a small head will have an equally small donor area, likewise a large head will have a larger donor so it would probably be close to a wash. Senior Member notgoing2gobald Posted September 7, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted September 7, 2007 I think it depends what area is small. If the balding area (sometimes top only and not the crown) is small and the donor area is average, then it could make a significant difference. I dont think most peoples heads are perfectly symetcrical so it could be the case that the top is small and the donor is average or large. Check this guy out "Shuffle," he even states on his web blog (under the hyperlink "5200 FU Dr. Hasson evening of surgery") that he has a small head and his resutls are incredibly thick. Probably the best Ive seen. http://www.hairlosshelp.com/websites/shuffle/
