Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted November 18, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted November 18, 2009 Typically, you can expect a futher maturation of the hairs; specifically, a "softening"....or "straightening". Your HT might become more seamless in its complete integration with your native hair. Personally, I have seen this "maturation" take place as long as 2yrs post-op, and I know at least one other who has experienced similiarly. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. Senior Member hairthere Posted December 10, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted December 10, 2009 I'd say Thana is on point with his explanation. The hair characteristics will look a lot more like the rest of your native hair (if there is any left). The only difference I did not experience was in hair color. My HT hair has remained darker than my remaining native hair.
