Bill - Seemiller Posted May 23, 2007 Share Posted May 23, 2007 TomA, Nizoral and Nioxin are shampoos, not creams. If you end up using Nizoral, don't use it more than a few times a week as it can dry out your hair and scalp. Nioxin is safe to use every day. They're great for the scalp and hair but won't help regrow hair.
