I would say it doesn't "re-grow" hair but does assist in a hair loss program.. I usually keep my head shaved and do so about 2-3 times a week. Ever since I started using Nizoral, I feel like my hair is growing back a little bit faster than before, which means that I would have to shave my head more often.
