Guest
hi dz, i had my ht done by dr. bernstein of nhi in new jersey in early january of 02.i had 1285 grafts placed in the front, overall i'm happy as it has squared my face, obviosly preferable over the balding look.my delemma now is whether to go for ht # 2.i feel i should at least wait a little over a year to see the full result.it is hard though to go thru it again and take the two steps back to go three forward, but thats what life is all about.i'm sure i'll do it,just when is the question.good luck
Guest
do it figsy do it! Quicker in, sooner done. Besides I have heard that waiting a year between is good. It helps the scalp tension get back to normal for the next harvest Take Care
Senior Member arfy Posted November 5, 2002 Senior Member Share Posted November 5, 2002 Figsy, take your time. There is no advantage to rushing through the process. You are correct in thinking that you should wait for your transplant to mature, before adding to it. No one should ever EVER hurry themselves into this. That is how mistakes are made. Hair tranplantation is one area in life where it can actually pay off to SLOW DOWN or WAIT. You are doing the right thing.
