Toppik Fibers inhaled?

I've never used any concealers but thought I might try Toppik. Its website promotes it as as numerous hair like fibers that cling to your thinning hair giving it more fullness and body. Is this like a powder and if so, anybody concerned about inhaling this stuff?

it is kinda like a powder but have used for years and never had a problem inhaling it myself, even though tried to fill in my moustache one time with it!(JK) I don't think there would be any side effects as I don't remember ever seeing any such warnings on it. just rinse your mouth out with water if it happens

Do you like the way it works, as compared to the other products?

ya, works fine, I just sprinkle it on my thinning area in the crown and comb my hair back lightly thru it and then hairsparay it and am good to go. can be a little messy as some tends to get on my sink, but just wash it really quick and am out the door. I tried dermatch years ago and couldn't really figure that one out

I had a lot of hair shedding during the first trimester of my third pregnancy. Didn't like the thinning look, so I bought some Toppik and asked my OB if it was at all harmful for me or the baby. He looked over the ingredients and said, "Well, I wouldn't mix it into water and drink it down or anything, but it won't hurt a thing if you use it like it says." (OK, my doc's a smart-aleck.) In short, it shouldn't be harmful. But if you're really concerned, don't breathe while you're shaking it on.
