Regular Member vantheman Posted July 25, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted July 25, 2003 I went to Jean Devroye. After 10 months I've had less than 5% growth. So, I'm going back to my old surgeon, he doesn't do all the latest stuff, but at least I get some decent hair growth out of it (90%+). I feel a bit of a fool, if you get good growth why change?, well I believed all the hype about FU etc. The most imortant thing is to go to a good surgeon with good staff. Senior Member ttaco Posted July 25, 2003 Senior Member Share Posted July 25, 2003 I agree with Jotronic - just because you had a bad experience with a doc who performed a FU transplant doesn't mean you should go back to minis and micros. My minis and micros grew real well too - but they looked like crap! You can have naturalness and growth at the sae time. vocor1
I agree that FU is the way to go in terms of naturalness. There are plenty of top docs doing FU surgery. I'd personally pick any one of them over a good, respectible doc doing mini/micros. I believe most of the top docs are all doing all-FU transplants. Bummer on your regrowth. That is a crock. vocor1 Knowledge is Power If the worst question is the one never asked, then the worst answer is the one never shared.
