I have my face to face consultation and surgery scheduled with Dr Rose very shortly. It will be at Shapiro Medical in Minneapolis.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the doctors at Shapiro Medical, to be honest with you. I've heard nothing but praise for all of them.

So far, my only contact with Dr Rose has been e-mail, to which he has replied promptly and courteously.

Do a Search on the site for "Rose" and you'll see who has used him and what they had to say. You will see a lot of great feedback and comments.

I've heard comments such as "personable" and "perfectionist" about him, which I think is great for an HT surgeon. I read some of his publications, as well as posts to this board as well.

I guess that is my "recommendation" so far. I will post a follow up to the board after meeting him and surgery. I sincerely doubt that my opinion of him will change.

All the arguments I've seen point to him being a top-notch doctor.
