Regular Member Marcelo Posted February 4, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted February 4, 2005 I am almost 2 months into my hair transplant and Just the other day I was running my fingers threw my hair and it felt as though I was touching a pine tree I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these are characteristics of my transplanted hair starting to grow? Regular Member BorderlineHairline Posted February 4, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted February 4, 2005 GET TO YOUR DOC IMMEDIATELY, YOUR HEAD IS ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!!! Just kidding. Firstly the hair will be very short and thus bristly. Secondly new growth does come out somewhat wirey at the beginning but will smooth out over time. Also if hair was transplanted to your temple regions it will never be the same soft whispy texture of the original hair that it is replacing. Cheers, and happy growing. POST PICS! Regular Member steve Scott Posted February 8, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted February 8, 2005 Yes, I love that feeling. I can't keep my hands out of my hair. I hope that doesn't make my head fall off.
