Senior Member dhuge67 Posted November 14, 2006 Senior Member Share Posted November 14, 2006 I shaved it again today. That's what future Marine Corps Officers have to do... Here I am.... I'm still losing some hair, but not nearly as much, and it seems to be creeping in towards the middle. Kind of like a t-shape (T) pattern. Anyway, it's better than before and the scar isn't too bad in the back. I'll revisit my options in August, following my 10 week stint in Quantico, Virginia for Marine Corps PLC training. 1,614 with Dr. Pistone on 2/3/06 in Marlton, NJ. As long as the moon shall rise As long as the rivers flow As long as the sun shall shine And the grass will grow Let me listen, I will learn to speak The old language Yes, I yearn to bathe in blue skies And fall apart from the world of machines Regain my feet and my pounding heart My Hair Loss Weblog
Bill - Seemiller
dhuge... nice pic. Good luck in the Marine's bro. Thanks for servicing our great country! If you have a chance to post a pic of your scar in the back, I'd like to see what it looks like with a shaved head that closely trimmed. Senior Member John_in_NC Posted November 15, 2006 Senior Member Share Posted November 15, 2006 dhuge67, good luck at the marine camp. As far as the hairloss: until you grow it will not matter much. Once you're done there you can plan. Do you still wear a hat while in school? Originally posted by dhuge67:I shaved it again today. That's what future Marine Corps Officers have to do... Bill - Seemiller
I think that look is actually quite good on you...perhaps keep it and don't worry about the HT . I wish I could pull off the shaved head look, but I look like an idiot! That's why I am trying to restore as much hair as possible Bill

Yeah, luckily for me it's not horrendous, discolored, or abnormally wide. It's still there, but it's not really very eye-catching. 1,614 with Dr. Pistone on 2/3/06 in Marlton, NJ. Still wear a hat as much as I can except in this one Professor's class because he has a "no hat" rule. 1,614 with Dr. Pistone on 2/3/06 in Marlton, NJ.
