I live in Maryland and I thought about going to Dr Vogel but after looking at pictures from everyone on this website I ended up going to Dr Hasson. Dr Vogel is about a hour away from me and Vancouver is a lot further. I just liked the before and after shots from Dr Hasson more!

Dr. Vogel does excellent work in my opinion. It's the age old problem of trying to convince our physicians to become more actively involved in our community by posting and encouraging their patients to post.

 

This is a prime example of lack of online visibility does not necessarily equate to lack of physician ability.

 

And as Mike pointed out, selecting a surgeon is a lot of research and personal choice.
