Yes you'd definitely have to remain on "anti-rejection" (basically immunosuppressive) drugs for the rest of your life and that still doesn't guarantee that your body won't reject the donor scalp. Can you imagine having tissue rejection of your SCALP??? It's not like you can just say "Go ahead and put my old balding scalp back on" To top it off, the infection from tissue rejection can kill you.
