  1. Holy Cow! The physician (if you can call them that) did you a complete disgrace. I personally have had 3 procedures..and my first one..was probably similar to yours. I let a decade go by..and when I was in my early 40s (I'm currently 43) I had my second ht prcedure..and the doctor did a good job laying the hair line back..and just recently had my second ht procedure..where more density was added. My results are coming in nicely-very happy so far. Please consider a new physician to undo the mess that incompetant physician did to you. You'll be glad you did. I realize that it is very expensive..but your happiness/looks should make you do it. I'm glad I did..and yea, I did do extensive research as to "who" to use. That is paramount. Email me if you want to..I'd love to talk to you about it. m9622@aol.com Good Luck
  2. Hooray! My God, your results are phenomenal. I'm about to have my 3rd ht procedure..I'm blonde/fair haired and it takes more hts for me to have the density that you received. You should be very, very pleased with your results. If I could achieve results as well as are yours, I'd never complain or be self confident again. Email me should you want to. 3. Bobman, Man oh Man, you're results are phenomenal. I've have 2 prior ht procedures and am about to have 2000 more..to thicken up the density in the frontal/crown areas. Physician is going to use multiple hairs per transplant..without having a "pluggy" result. Can't wait..but you are a true inspiration. You look modern with that new "do"..and I too can't wait till I can have styling options.
  4. Has anyone had any experiences with the physician Dr. Marco Barusco? He practices in Orlando, Fl and I was wondering if anyone has had any ht procedures with him. Any information would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  5. I had a ht at MHR in Orlando by a physician named Dr. Marco Barusco. He placed 2300 transplants in my frontal and crown area. He did a fantastic job, took the time to educate me with "realistic" expectations since I am blonde headed with fair hairs..he stated that I would most definately need an additional procedure to "thicken the density" of the frontal and crown areas. I had my first ht procedure in Nov 2006 and am scheduled for another 2000 4-8hair grafts to "thicken" the areas in question. I did fly in for a consult so he could validate my growth and made the decision to thicken the area. Not MHR physicians are assholes. I did use Dr. Puig in 1997 and was not satisified with his results. He should retire..but as for MHR..it depends on the physician. No salesman talked to me..the doctor himself did.
  6. I recently had 2300 grafts in 2006 and i'm not happy with the results. the hairs that did come in and stayed in..are thin and whispy..and you can clearly see "through" them to my scalp-both in the front and crown area. I am going to meet with my surgeon for a second procedure..to increase density/thickness. I am going to aggressively recommend that he add multiple hair grafts to help me with my density-and should he honestly state that he has not done many of those types of grafts..i will faster than fast..seek another opinion from a more experienced clinician. It moved me when i read that you have ALREADY had 2 surgical procedures. You MUST get another opinion from another team of ht specialists. I agree..you look the same, if not worse, and it hurts me to have to honestly admit that to you.
