hey guys----im looking for help with a stretch scar in the donor area--can anyone who has undergone scar revision reccomend a good Doc to work with---the scar is lower on my head/neck area(no thanks to Dr Markou in Fl) Thanks for any help Rfl

Doctor Rose said he could try--or atleast make it better------says it could be 50/50 that the scar could happen again--I am reluctant to have more transplants but may be my only option---it is difficult to revise because the scar is lower neck area

Hey guys, just letting you know if you are considering a hair transplant surgery to avoid Doctor Markou and the hair and scalp laser clinic in Clearwater and Largo Florida---the back of my head was butchered and the doctor has shown little compassion and has tried to convince me that I am having shock loss---the procedure was over a year ago and Doctor Rose of Tampa has confirmed that I have a stretch scar due to poor decissions made by Doctor Markou---avoid this clinic I would hate to see another person have to go through this nightmare

Be glad!!!! you made the right decission---I made the mistake of having a procedure with Doctor Michael Markou and also had my initial consultation with clinic director John Satino---Doctor Markou should not be performing hair transplants------he butchered the back of my head and has left me with a very bad donor stretch scar

Hey guys---I had two surgeries with Doctor Riggs at the hair and scalp laser clinic in clearwater, Florida----Doctor Riggs is wonderful but is no longer with the practice--I went back for a third procedure and was convinced by clinic director John Satino that Dr. Markou was an incredible Doc and was very skilled---Doctor Markou made a very poor decission to strip donor too low on my head and the result was a HUGE stretch scar---I returned to the clinic several times post surgery and Doctor Markou and John Satino tried to convince me that the huge gap was due to shock loss---I went to see Doctor Rose in Tampa for a second oppinion and he immediately told me that I had a stretch scar which was caused by taking the donor hair too low on my head---Doctor Markou had made no attempt to follow up with me and has accepted no responsibility for the scar---please avoid Doctor Markou and the hair and scalp clinic in Clearwater and Largo Florida

Doctor Riggs is no longer with this clinic and the new doctor is TERRIBLE----avoid this clinic and the clinic director John Satino at all cost

my scar occurred during my surgery ---i have always in the past whent back to my normal acivities within a month

so u r going to go with the fue instead of the plastic surgeon? and thanks for the help

Hey guys I am two months post op and have a section below the donor scar that is not regrowing hair---- Has anyone been through this before???? and did it regrow?? I am not sure if this is what is called a stretch scar?? or shock loss------would appreciate any info.

The Hairmax laser comb does work and I have used it for four years now----While it may not regrow you a full head of hair---while using it with propecia it has prvented me from losing my hair
