money is no object ONLY in NYC, as far as plastic surgery goes, I would reccomend a different dictum: *distance* is no object; & of course, money as well; it is of course PERMANENT PLASTIC SURGERY. Having said that, one of the best in the world (IMO) is not too far from you: Dr. Feller. good luck...

it twas a warm, yet brisk dusk when it happened...the type of sunset and perfect haze which exudes such robust, rich colors which have the ephemeral quality and mezmorizing power to intoxicate the more delicate and charming sex for ages; and it was couched on the horizon awaiting the rise of the pale moon and ebony curtains to end it's fleeting tryst...ok, ok, it was about 8'O clock ---TONIGHT--- in the stuffy elevator at my condo; which did, however inconsequentially still have the remnants of sweet perfume lingering to zee tips of my nosies, rather than zee typical chinese take out it reeks of!!! where was I? Awww, yes! There stood an angelic figure: skin both soft and supple...lips: pouty and pure. petite, NAY! dainty!!! Baby face w/a naughty lingering lure... and...AND---HAIR! HAIR that could make the gods green w/envy!...and who was this goddess with?--- A BALDED BOZO! yes, it is true, I shat you not! A shiny skin, slap headed balded bozo. So I ask, perhaps it is merely the confidence we acquire from the mops of glory we seek which allow us to acquire the company of such fine felines?...no? How could zuch a fine feline be w/zee likes of zee balded bozo I did zee her with? no? Did zee shine from hiz head do a wee wee danze and charm her like zee snake? no? zat, is zee queztiOn!!! a) do you think hair attracts women? b) do you think confidence is more attractive to women than hair? c) do you think if you had confidence w/out hair you could get the woman you want? d) do you think the only way *YOU* can get your confidence (i.e. MOJO) back is your hair? e) do you think these are too many questions? f) do you think this quiz is never to end and it iz going to go on and on forever, no?

this will most assuradly be a mop of epic proportions, a mop the great men, the noble men, the wise men, and the strong men will speak of for ages to come. A mop men will both gaze upon with envy and turn away from blush with fear, a mop women will lust and adore, a mop by which kings, fortunes, and empires have been overthrown...a mop which will be telled and taled on the tips of the tongues of children's children many suns and moons, centuries to come...you my friend will be a hair god, immortilized in the heavens amongst Zeuss, Apollo, King Solomon, & Ali Baba bA boo boo... can you web cam me some more pic's?

really sorry to hear about your situation, that's horrible. 1,800 grafts is *relatively* a significant #, but it's difficult to say what kind of cosmetic impact one could expect w/out knowing what your hair loss situation was like prior to the work. What would you approximate your NW level both prior to work and currently? Do's & Dont's: Do: talk to *new* doctor's about your case, and in particular, getting corrective work done. Don't: go back to the previous doctor regardless of any *free* compensation he offers; and do NOT stress over different fantastical scenarios which could have affected your loss; dandruff will not cause you to lose your hair permanently in this manner... best of luck as Im sure it is difficult to move forward after having work done and not seeing a material cosmetic difference.

new2thissite, given your age and (limited) loss for your *age*, I think your an exceptional candidate. Many guys on here have considerably more loss at a younger age & Im sure refining your previous poor work will not be a problem. Do you have a surgery date set yet? Best of luck...

meat, merely because your not shedding does NOT mean that rogaine is not working for you; if your willing, then I would stick it out and see if it works and be happy your not losing hair. signed, kabob
