This patient is a 45 year old male who desired a small budget procedure to increase hairline density. A total of 1025 grafts placed. The patient is very please with the results and the natural look. He even stated,"Nobody can even tell I had anything done!"

This patient was a 60 year old woman desiring only improvement in temporal peaks. She did not desire the frontal hairline be lowered. The result was accomplished with 1590 grafts. This patient was very pleased with the difference.

A 66 year old male patient with a history of plug hair transplants 30 years ago. The patient was told by several hair doctors that there was no donor area left. A total of 1697 grafts was transplanted. The patient was thrilled with the results and "didn't believe we could do it."

This was a 33 year old patient desiring an increase in density in the temporal triangle areas. The goal was to concentrate grafts in these areas. The total number of grafts was 1894. This patient is very pleased with the result and density. He has no further desire for additional grafts/density. The objective has been met.

This is a 53 year old male desiring increased density from front to back. The goal is to transplant hair between existing hairs minimizing trauma to existing follicles. Patient will not shave hair. Total # of grafts: 1946 This patient is pleased with the outcome of his surgery.

He did a combination of softening around them, plug recycling and also punching parts of the plugs out. In essence a combination of three different techniques. Thanks for your question!

38 year old male patient with a prior history of plugs several years ago. Patient desired improvement in crown and frontal scalp areas. The objective was to soften the hairline by bringing the temporal angle down and reducing the appearance of plugs. Total grafts #: 1931 This patient is very pleased with the results and has no desire for added density or coverage.

63 year old male-"I want a little more fullness" Patient was not interested in maximum density. His objective has been met and he has no further need for additional surgery.
