  1. In order to prevent our members being spammed, we have had to allow only users that have 10 posts to send direct/private messages.
This is to prevent hit and run spam registrations from flooding our members with junk, which is something our long term members have complained about.

Until new members have achieved 10 posts, please feel free to post a topic, as a response, or a new post, with any questions you may have.
Our forum has helped thousands of users where our community is willing and able to assist with most questions.

Many other users may also benefit from the question/s you have, which also goes a long way to building a reputation on our community.

    Happy posting

I don’t see this button anywhere. Please make sure it returns, as it helps our members find the forums recommendations without searching.

The button was never visible on phones, I will try and find a solution for that. There were 3 other top buttons before, but those were what breaks things. To ensure the integrity of the source code, I have used the standard tools and have created a custom block for mobile users so it now shows like this:

  3. One of the big issues we had with mobile users recently, was due to the earlier theme, which messed badly with the core code. This meant a few changes in the way thing show and sadly the button is no longer there. I will endeavour to get it back.

@Pbaird98 the correct link is https://hairlosslearningcenter.org/coalition-physicians - I will fix that link.

In the topic https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/forum/17-results-posted-by-leading-hair-restoration-clinics/ there is now a link to the page listing, so that is one way to get there.

On the forum list on the home page, there is also a link:

    Hope this helps

  4. I found that the custom theme for the site was rather heavily modified and the CSS used, messed with the way thing should work, after a recent software update.

I have used a partly modified "default" theme and while things may look different, the messaging and profile options are now showing as they are designed to display:

If any of you feel that we need to move closer to the original "styling", or just leave things as they are, please do let me know.

    Sometimes less is more..😁

Hi, the link to attach photos seems to have disappeared. Only see options via link or inserting Existing Attachments...has something changed ?

Guys, you certainly can add images, just that some shared image posting sites have been disabled, as they now require users to register and pay to share their images. You are welcome to upload any images directly to the site, or you can add a URL by selecting "Other Media".

I don't know if this should be called out somewhere during registration or in a posting in a FAQs/guidelines section.

Knowing that it's difficult to remove posts/comments would make users twice of what of what they're about to post, especially in regards to photos or other personal details.

I think that is a good idea and will discuss this with the team.

  7. Yes, not additional posts, images etc. There is no real way, other that you walking away and just not coming back. Like leaving a home and all the stuff inside, but keeping it locked and throwing away the key. Just not coming back. Or we could change the email address, username and password and then you would not be able to come back.

Not sure why you would want it locked, easy enough just to not come back.

Thanks for the response Hans. Wouldn't the threads just disappear after the user is deleted?

I'll stick around for but that sort of surprised me that there isn't a delete function for posts/comments.

Your own threads may go, but if you posted elsewhere, by providing some useful information and feedback, that would then leave a "hole" if that makes sense.

For me, not the guy who has posed this question, I’m more than happy to leave all my content up as it’s around 10 years worth, and i no longer have any pics up anyway.

All I’m curious about is what could actually be done for me to no longer be able to log in and not use the account.? Would it take a ban, or is there another way ?

Sure, we could lock your account, but that would be the same as you just logging out and never logging back in again. 😁
