  1. Dr. Wong is a practical guy money wise. He knows how expensive HTs are and will work with you for a reasonable price for a reasonable area of your hair. Its works both ways, so be prepared to compromise a bit for that.
  2. I have noticed when Hairlines Transplants are simply overdone. For men in their 40s and 50s dont have the surgeon give you the thickness of a 20 year old. I am going to have a HT for my hairline this summer and I just want it like I had it 3 years ago and age 35 not 20 or 25. The new broadcaster's do on me would look so fake.
  3. The problem with Saw Palmetto is I never recoverd from the shedding unlike the times I used Rogaine in the hairline. It was a timeline with Sam palmetto that was very one sided- take it daily and lose hair and never recover. Thats just me.
  4. Yes! I went through the same thing. Shedding with Saw Palmetto and the bad part is the hair never grew back. I took it for 1-2 months and my hairline just retreated so fast I freaked quite often. For years prior to that I was on and off Rogaine and of course I did shed with it but it always grew back.
  5. I would advise anyone to stay away from Saw Palmetto. I tried it on word of mouth and I swear all my serious hairline loss came a few weeks into taking it.
  6. Mullets and Hair in the back like Jesse from Full House is so out. Pretty much everyone clips their hair short in USA In Asia its different, long messy hair is in.
  7. I usually like to clip my hair in the back with a # 2 clipper. Is that going to be noticeable?
  8. I'll post the estimate given by Dr. Wong or Hasson. Might help others who have similar hairline problems.
  9. Yes, it was Mike Ferko. H and W will waive the 100 dollar consult fee because I am driving from Seattle to Canada. That was nice of them.
  10. Yeah, the guy at the Hasson and Wong office said 1500-1800 will do. I dont know, only one way to tell and that is for me to drive from Seattle to Vancouver and get the real answer from one of the doctors themselves. My appt is only 2 more weeks and I am very anxious .
  11. Thanks guys for the comments. I actually have seen the rep for Hansson and Wong at the Seattle office. He says 1500-1800 grafts should do. The pics with a combination of black hair and my skin tone makes it look a lot worse than it actually is. I am looking foward to meeting Dr. Wong in person and getting the MD's opinion. Oh, my consult at the Hasson and Wong seattle office was in December. I'm hoping the 1500-1800 is correct and not the 2500-3000 grafts. Boy would that be too expensive.
