    This patient was a class VI thinning, and had a total of 4800 grafts done over multiple sessions with strip harvesting. Grafts were placed in the hairline, frontal and mid scalp, temples, and some grafts in the crown area. First 3 photos shown below is PRE OP and the rest of the photos are 10 months post op after the patient's last session. Minoxidil and Finasteride was recommended.

    This patient has 2,935 grafts done over one session with Dr. Rosanelli. The method this patient used was Follicular Unit Strip (FUS). Grafts were placed in a new hairline, frontal scalp, and mid scalp. Patient has limited donor, and therefore we couldn't achieve full coverage, but the patient was very happy with his results. Photos shown below are pre op, immediate post op, and 8 months post op.

    There were a total of 1614 grafts done over one session with Dr. Rosanelli. This patient had a previous hair transplant with another hair surgeon. In the before photos, grafts are pitting. Dr. Rosanelli repaired/camouflaged the pitting areas with micro grafts placed in the hairline, and frontal scalp. Due to poor density in the donor area, patient was unable to have significant grafts placed in the right hairline. Photos shown below are pre op (after previous work with another doctor), immediate post op, and 9 months post op.

    This patient had a total of 4400 grafts done over two sessions with follicular unit strip (FUS) harvesting. Patient was a class VI with thinning. Grafts were placed in the hairline, frontal scalp, mid scalp, and left and right temples. Photos shown below are pre op, and 1 year 1 month post op.

    This patient had a total of 2,357 grafts done over one session with Dr. Rosanelli. Grafts were harvested by Follicular Unit Strip (FUS) procedure. Dr. Rosanelli created a new hairline for this patient, and placed the grafts in the hairline, front scalp, midscalp, and temples. Prior to the hair transplant, patient was a class VI thinning. Preventive medications were recommended, and patient uses Minoxidil and Finasteride.

    This patient has excellent growth from his surgery and also uses our 10% Minoxidil topical solution. He does not take any oral medications. Most of our hair replacement patients prefer to use combination therapy, and in this way they get the best results possible. We also like our patients to use the Capillus Laser Therapy, however this patient does not use Capillus.

Dr. Rosanelli did not place any grafts in the crown area. Photos shown below are pre op and 11 months post op. Preventive medications were recommended as well.

    This patient had a total of 1100 grafts done over one session in the crown by strip harvesting. It is not Dr. Rosanelli practice to place grafts in the crown area on a younger patient, however this patient is in the age group 50 to 60. The grafts were placed in the mid scalp and crown area. Photos shown below are pre-op, immediate post op, and 1.5 years post op photos. Patient is using Finasteride and Minoxidil as well. The patient recently had a second session. Follow up photos will be posted during the progression of growth.
