He was a Class VI to VII, and had 3,012 grafts done over 2 sessions with Follicular Unit Strip harvest.     This patient had previous surgery from another doctor in 1982 with standard grafts. We did a total of 4,067 grafts over 2 sessions with Follicular Unit Strip harvest and had to excise 35 standard grafts in order to recreate a more natural hairline.     This patient was a Class Va with previous hair transplant done by another doctor back in 1994. The patient had 2,115 grafts using Follicular Unit Strip (FUS) harvest with Dr. Rosanelli and approximately 950 grafts from his previous hair transplant. Here are the following grafts planted: Hairline: 600 grafts Frontal Scalp: 500 grafts Mid Scalp: 215 grafts Right Temple: 400 grafts Left Temple: 400 grafts Preventative medications were recommended, and this patient is on Minoxidil.
