  1. Hi Friends, I had my HT before 2 months in my crown region. I had nearly 2100 grafts transplanted. Things were looking fine. But however for the last 3 weeks I am having a serious back pain ( near the neck spinal cord). I am sure that this might me not the implication of my HT. But I need some thoughts and confirmation from you all. Does anyone faced this before? Please give your valuable suggestions. Regards.
  2. Hi Bill/ Spex, thanks for ur valuable comments. The procedure was done by Dr.Feller and it is 2100 grafts. I am not taking any mediacation after the HT. I got some pain killer tablets from the doctor but I used them only for the first 3 days. Do I need to take any other medicine after the HT? if so please advise? Do you recommand propecia or rogaine afteer HT. I have not taken any medication before. Regards, Navraj
  3. Hi EmuSteve, I got my HT done by DR. Feller.
  4. Completely shaved front region. The front looks good but the crown seems to be not as good as the front. Does it takes some more time for the crown to get the flow of normal growth of hair growth. Also to mention again I am having little bit of numbness in the transplanted area. Please advise? many thanks Navraj.
  5. I completely shaved my head after 3 weeks so that the transplanted area is in the same level as that of others. Crown region showing the newly transplanted area.
  6. This is my front view at day 18. The transplated area in the front looks good now ( in day 25 today) but the crown seems to be not as good as front ( whihc we can see in recent pics).
  7. This pic is taken after 18 days of my HT
  8. This is the pic after day 11 of My HT. Here the transplanted hair seems to grow.
  9. Hi fellow members, I like to share with you all my recent HT experience and your comments and advice on it. I did my HT on aug 22nd in my Crown area mostly and extending to my front from the centre. Its been 25 days since my HT and now I feel I need to share with you all my pics and ask your advice. Its been more than 25 days now but still I feel little bit pain in my donar region even though the wound has completely healed. I think there is still something to be healed from the inside of the skin. I am worried abt this. Is this normal to have pain until this period ( nearly 25 days) or I need to do some checkups on, why I am having pain still? I need advice from experienced ppl in this forum. Another thing to mention is, in the transplanted area still I feel little bit numbness. Is this expected? When I have itching sensation in that area I feel my hands very little when I scratch it, even though I can feel it a bit. I am just wondering will it take some time to feel the transplated area to be felt same to the other area? Please pass on ur comments. I am psoting pre and post HT pics , for ur commetns. Regards navraj.

  11. Now I am attaching pic of my temple area. I am wondering what is the possibility of tweaking the temple area a little bit as it would be good for me to cover it in a single sitting. Please let me know your views.
  12. Hi All, As most of us , I have seen in this forum, I have done some research on HT and met few of who have done HT in person. I have got various feedback from everyone. To give a picture I am 27, having hair loss mostly in the crown region and very less in the front. I like to do one at least 800 - 1000 grafts in my crown and surrounding region. Most of the ppl I met also agreed on this. I am all set to do a HT in another month. I am also attaching some of my pics to give everyone an idea of where I am. I have few questions to our fellow members who have already done HT. * When HT is done on the crown ( pic attached) where there are still growing hairs won't it spoil the existing hair and the healthy hair roots adjacent to them.. * When the portion is shaved for HT won't that be misleading for the doctor to graft in at the same root where ther hair growth is there instead? * As I am taking a week off and I am doing my HT on thursday/ friday the week befor , total of 10 days, will it be ok for healing and hiding my HT ? when can the pins be removed ? as I heard the donor cut will be pinned after the operation. I want everyone's comment on this whihc will help a lot. Regards, Navraj.

  14. Hi All, I like to let all of the fellow members abt so far my resarch in HT and and in what stage I am now. As most of us , I have seen in this forum, I have done some research on HT and met few of who have done HT in person. I have got various feedback from everyone. To give a picture I am 27, having hair loss mostly in the crown region and very less in the front. I am not bothered abt the front area at present. Though majority of th feed back was not to do a HT soon, I like to do one at least 1000-1500 grafts in my crown and surrounding region. Most of the ppl I met also agreed on this. One person who I met on the same regad is Spex, who is already well known in this forum. That meeting was very helpful for me to decide where I can do my HT and when and got lot of feedback of how easy and comfortable to do a HT in New York at Fellers. I am basically from India and I am in London for the past 3 yrs. I have not got a US visa and I am in the process of applying for one. I am very keen in doing HT soon and I feel with all these advanced ways and skills of expert HT doctors, I feel there is nothing wrong in going for HT soon, though I am 27. I got some other feedbacks from some other well known ppl of HT, whihc I also like to share here and may ask the fellow members comment on this. I am also attaching some of my pics to give everyone an idea of where I am. The feedback, I got is when HT is done in the crown region where I have no/very few hair follicle may damage the healthy hair roots adjacent to them. I can also understand that I am in the beging period of hair loss in the crown and this may spread, however I am thinking when I can do HT in the missing region and places where the hairline is thin, this may give me a positive sign. I want everyone's comment on this whihc will help a lot. Regards, Navraj.
