Hi All, like to show my progress on the HT I have done before a year and need to know where is my growth scale. Everyone wld have seen me coming with a similar post before 6 months with some pics and updates .. here I am with a years update.. I have done my HT only in the crown region (2100 grafts) and I have attached some of the recent pics. Crown , oh my God I just curse the God as why I got bald in the crown rather than at front.. Its taking hell a lot of time to see even some progress. I think I have got some progress, but as all we know that in this front I am greedy like anyone else looking for growth too quick. Ever since my HT on Aug 20 2007 I am just cheking my hair in the mirror , once I get up from my bed.. that is how my every day starts.. and it is still continuing.. I have to ask few quesions to experts here, friends who have done HT before. I have seen lot of ppl done HT in front , but not seen much in the crown..I have to know whatever I hae achieved after a year, is it because the HT is on the crown? I really dont know if this in going right to me. I am also taking proscar for the last 10 months.I like to know now after being a year is the growth what i see , is this what I can expect in a year at the crown? Can I see any more growth for the next 6 months? How can I confirm that growth is happening to my corwn region? By feel or by some other way to confirm that some more growth is left . Is there is anythin I need to do see some more density or only thing is to wait for time? I am attaching pics before the HT and immediately afte HT and the most recent pics. Hi All, like to show my progress on the HT I have done before 6 months and get some feedback on some of the questions I have at this point. I have done my HT only in the crown region (2100 grafts) and I have attached some of the recent pics. I have few quesions as, I can see that the hair growth is not upto what I have expected. Further I think the hair density is the same as that I had before my HT. Will there be any further growth still? If at all I get few more hair growth will there ba any improvement in the density? What I can see is only the transplanted hair is growing and I dont think there is any growth from the previous hair I had in the crown area whihc is worring me..I need some comments about this. I am also taking proscar for the last 4 months. I am attaching pics before the HT and immediately afte HT and the most recent pics. Your comments will be much appreciated.

thanks richie, your information is very helpful and I am going to start proscar . I have a friend who knows the place to get proscar. BTW , I am based in London, Canary wharf . I traveled to NY for my HT. proscar has shown a good result on you. I shld also try it as I want to maintain this. Now I realise that I need to take care of my hair. I was careless before. thanks Bill for your valuable comments. I am thinking of taking propecia . WOuld you recomend this or shall I wait until my full growth to start with propecia? Another question is how can I feel there is some hair growth happening. Is there is a way to touch and feel to confirm some new sprouts? Also whenever I go to some parties or some public place I am using nanogen fibres to cover my bald region. Would this affect in any way to the hair growth in the transplanted area? regards

I could see the hair growth is very less and I am not seeing as much as I expected. I want all your feedback on is this the maximum I can get ? is there is some more I can see in due course of time. Is theres is anything I need to follow up to see some quick results. I couldnot wait to see what will be my full hair look like after my full expected growth. Sometimes I think is this the maximum I can get and sometimes I feel did I did something wrong by doing a HT? I am seeing my hair in the mirror at least 10 times a day and I am always thinking abt work. I am away from my country for the past 4 months and I used this oppurtunity to do my HT and now I will be returning to my home country in february and I am curious to know if I can see some improvemnt by this time. thanks a lot for everyones feed back. I checked with a physio and it looks like because of the way I am sleeping and they have suggested some exercise and some ways to sleep. i am feeling little better now. thanks

Hi Friends, I had my HT before 2 months in my crown region. I had nearly 2100 grafts transplanted. Things were looking fine. But however for the last 3 weeks I am having a serious back pain ( near the neck spinal cord). I am sure that this might me not the implication of my HT. But I need some thoughts and confirmation from you all. Does anyone faced this before? Please give your valuable suggestions. Regards.
