I do more lurking than actually posting and I must say I too am sick to DEATH of reading those mundane and chronic posts by Mahair, here's a novle idea mahair, why don't you post something else for a change? like maybe the what the weather is like where you live, it would certainly be more interesting than reading the same drivel over and over again, I must agree with the others here, the mods need to ban spammers like you as that is the only way to eliminate your chronic and redundent posts.

So i guess you are saying drinking will have an negative effect while using propecia. I think that is all he wanted to know. You sound mad at him, like he's wasting your time. If you knew more about alcoholism and its effects on the "mind" and body you might have realized that his question to him sounds completely valid. But to others without the addiction they sound absolutely absurd. I think a better response may have been to answer the Question to the best of your knowledge and then maybe voice some concern about the consequences of drinking that much while using any medication. Well i went to see my Doctor about a perscription for Propecia, had a nice chat and bluntly asked him if he would prescribe proscar 5mg instead, explaining that my drug plan would cover that but not Propecia. He said that wouldn't be a problem . I picked up my proscar later that day. One month supply is going to cost me $2.90 Cad. MY drug plan paid the other 80%. , so now we wait and see, Cheers

I think thats a fair question regarding alcohol use and propecia, doesn't look like your ? is bieng taken seriously because of the ammount you drink. I really don't know the effect. I do know that both alcohol and propecia is metabalized in the liver. for a healthy liver i would assume you would have no problem, however if your liver is damaged due to heavy drinking thats another story. I would visit my doctor and have a liver function test done before taken any presciption drug for a extended period of time. As to weather or not the alchohol would effect the effectiveness of propecia, I don't know. Maybe someone here could answer that.
