    got it. i did not about throwing graft is illegal and implanting extra free of charge. i will upload more pictures of pre and post of guys. Excellent work by Dr. Rahal.

    i have 2 questions i do not know the answer 1) is it legal or right for the doctor to throw donor hairs with or without asking the patient? 2) if the doctor get more graft due to a good density of the donor site, should doctor just place them or ask for the patient's permission during the surgery to place more grafts?

    i am 32 years male. class 4 type. i had a hair transplant done by dr. rahal on 08-21-08. i will upload more pictures soon. i was scheduled to have about 3000-3200 graft for the good density. dr. rahal bumped upto 4308 grafts becasue i had a very good desnsity at the donor side than expected.     My 1st HT on 08-21-08 by Dr. Rahal. 4308 Total Grafts. Strip Size 46.6cm DENSITY 67% Front Harline 65% Center 50% Side I will upload more post-op pictures regularly. Let know what you all think.

    i am on minoxidil topical solution. i have read that different doctors have different pre-op instruction on the usage of minoxidil. Some Doctor suggests in pre-op insturctions to stop using minoxidil solution a day before or week before or 2 weeks before the Hair Transplant. Which is right- one week or 2 weeks or day before and reason for a different opinion. wheat is the ideal time period to stop taking minoxidil before the HT. as far as i konow taking minoxidil can cause excess bleeding during the HT becasue of dialated blood vessels.

    thank you all for your reply. now i feel much better, no pain worry after reading everyones posts. you are right dewayne with dr. rahal i will be in good hands. This website really has been helpful. i could not have made the HT decision without the help of this website. Thanks to Bill and others.

    Hi, Finally, i have decided to go with dr. rahal for my HT on august 3rd week. This is going to be my first HT. I do not know how bad it is going to be because i worry about pain- injections on donor and receving side. I know you guys have gone through this pelase share your experience about pain (too much pain or little).

    do a google search reop-man, thats where i found the information. this is the only source. celebrities or doctor is not going to disclos the information to the public because so patients wants to keep it confidential. Good luck finding.
