FMF is a 27 years old Asian male with receding both temples for many years and wanted it restored. His hair is coarse, slightly wavy, black with good density and average laxity. The recipient area =35 cm². He underwent FUE 1,622 grafts , 1-hair = 302 grafts, 2-hairs = 948 grafts, 3-hairs = 372 grafts (3,314 hairs) and no post op complication. Below are before and 1 ½ years after with good result.

MH is a 50 years old Caucasian male who have receding  hairline and balding at crown as in Norwood IV-V.  His hair is coarse ,black, slightly wavy with average density and laxity.The balding area at front is 52 cm2, crown is 51 cm2 He underwent FUT 3787 grafts ( 1 hair=684, 2-hairs =2,102 grafts, 3-hairs =1,001 grafts roughly 7,891 hairs.

Roughly 2,589 grafts were placed at front and 1,198 grafts were placed at crown

Below are his before and 1 year 3 months after with wet hair. He is happy with the result and doesn't want to add more density but wanted to try medication for hair loss . He also has significant weight loss after surgery.

27 years old white male with receding hair line and diffused thinning hair from front toward the crown. His hair is black, coarse, straight with good laxity. The total area of thinning hair is 161 cm².

He underwent FUT 4,014 grafts (1-hair = 574 grafts, 2-hairs = 2526 grafts, 3-hairs = 914 grafts) roughly 8,368 hairs were transplanted without complication. The pre-op and 3 years 3 months post op pictures were shown. He is happy with the result, but his hair loss is still progressing. He was prescribed finasteride and low dose oral minoxidil and he will let me know in 6 months.

He is happy for now and he already was informed regarding add on the density.

We lower the frontotemporal hairline with 1,724 grafts , about 40% density.

Slightly wet hair (not dry) post-op photos, to be able to comb the hair backward otherwise the hair will fall forward.

However, one can appreciated to see the hair graft surrounding the native hair behind that look natural and patient is happy with the result even though it's not very dense.

The recipient area measured 42 cm². He underwent FUE using WAW 0.9 mm. excised 1,724 grafts (1-hair = 198  grafts, 2-hairs = 472 grafts, 3-hair = 761 grafts, 4-hairs = 293 grafts) about 4,597 hairs.

His hair is black, wavy, coarse, density 80 FU/cm2, laxity 24%.He wanted to restore his hair line and add density further back.
