  1. @LondonGirl2024 I haven't looked into UK's doctors as they aren't in my budget. One thing I know is that I need someone who has experience dealing with Traction alopecia. Turkey hair mills are definitely not a place for such delicate work. Eugenix in India has some experience treating Traction alopecia but I'd like to see more results before going all in with them.
  2. Still researching. I reached out to Eugenix as @Gatsby suggested. They estimated that roughly 3000 grafts will be needed. I haven't finalised anything yet. Still researching a bit more as I'm quite concerned about the temples and the sides and don't want to go for HT #2 and #3.
  3. No, I don't wear turban anymore. I started taking oral Minoxidil and Finasteride couple of months ago. I feel that my hair aren't that weak anymore. Not sure if its cause less stress & minoxidil or just placebo effect. In any case, I'll keep consuming both medicines for a year at the very least
  4. @jjalay Yeah, I recently came to know about hairmills as well. I'm using these clinics to do some research as its hard to get hold of real doctors to get my hair analysis. But I was still considering turkey, provided I can get one of Dr. Pekiner, Keser, Bezir, Gur or Turan's appointment. Are they any better than Dr. Bisanga?
  5. @jjalay I'm 27 years old man with long hair & have had majority of the hair loss in this region during my teenage years as I used to tie my hair & wear a turban (hence the traction alopecia) Planning to cut my hair short, so want temple and region above the ears to be covered. Not with super high density but enough to not show bald spots when I cut my hair short. I have talked to few clinics in Turkey namely: Esteonve, now Hair Clinic, Hair Center of Turkey, Nimclinic etc Like I mentioned in the original post, I'm getting mixed replies about region above the ears so I'm not able to make my decision.
  6. @Melvin- Admin @Gatsby Pinging top members for answers. Please feel free to tag others 🙏
  7. I have lost a lot of hair on frontal, temporal & parietal region (the region above the ears, not sure if that's the correct term for it) due to traction alopecia. I know that the region above the ear is usually considered a good donor area but in my case I want hair transplanted on this region. Some clinics says that it can't be done. Some says it will be difficult with 5-10% success rate. Some says hair angle will become an issue at this area. Some says they can do it since they are "experienced" enough. My intent is to get more clarity from this forum so I can make an informed decision.
