Happy growing...you selected a great surgeon and i believe you will be saitisfied with your final result. What was the dr involvement in your case? Dr Yaman did the incisions, plan, design and supervision of the procedure? Also do you take any medicines to stabilise the hair loss?

Well i do think you were a diffuse thiner before the hair transplant, so you were not a simple case. In the pre op photos, you had a lot of thinning hairs  and you were growing hairs from your donor to cover the front!
While now these hairs have been replaced with donor hairs, and you have better coverage than before. So there's definitely improvement from your pre op photos and it will be thicker till the 12 month. So just be patient.Dr yaman is a great doctor and you should be happy with your final result!

One suggestion is that by combing your hairs backwards, you would have better coverage...

I think you should change the title of your thread by putting the date of your second procedure, the number of grafts and the name of the doctor so members can more easily understand the progress of your result.

You should take pictures before the treatment and take new photos after 6 and 12 months to make comparisons. I think you should wait 12 months before switching to other therapy.

4.5 month is still too early. You still have lots of time for massive improvements. Just be patient.

Dr Keser has told you the truth. If crown doesnt have enough balding area, then there is increased chance of shock loss. So its not the right time to do the crown. If you do it you might end up worse in crown...finasteride would help your crown. So i would stick with Dr Keser's plan.

My criteria are that Dr yaman is an ethical surgeon who cares about his patients, his results look really natural, he participates in all of his hair transplants, he does a few patients per day.
In addition most Of his results turn out to be good and you can find many great results of dr yaman on this forum, while there will always be some not perfect results since there is no guarantee in hair transplants. His price is also very afforable compared to other expensive surgeons, and he is propably the best value for money option you can find right now.

From what I have seen these doctors are at the same level. So just compare their results and see which one you like most.

Dr yaman is an ethical surgeon and he participates in all of his hair transplants, he does a few patients per day and most Of his results turn out to be good, while there will always be some not perfect results since there is no guarantee in hair transplants.
I think you could talk with patients of each surgeon to ask about their experience with the oarfish or surgeon.  Good luck !

i I know the crown is going to take a while but there are fine hairs growing everywhere 

at the 6 week mark the donor area stopped itching just this weeek (7) the redness subsided 

pure aloe really did not do anything for the tenderness itching in donor area 

I have kept the area very clean but still was still experiencing pimples almost daily

i I went to dermatologist on another matter ( check up ) and asked her to look at it. She prescribed clindamycin phosphate topical solution 1% which I apply 1-2x’s per day. After 4 days the pimples stopped showing up 😀

pictures don’t do justice to the amount of hairs popping out!

I was one of the rare/lucky guys that did not have shock loss  I think it’s safe to type that after 2 months!

the donor area is filling in nicely but still a way to go  

will post up in a month and share how it’s going

When I look in the mirro, I'm really grateful almost every day that it worked out so well for me, but it now feels completely normal to have hair again. 

What you can't see in the photos, however, is that I really need to put gel in my hair, otherwise - despite the very good result - the bald patches will show through. But with these care products it really does look like you have full hair again. 

What I have seen is that hair transplants are an illusion of density beacuse  you can’t achieve the native hair density. 
 

Btw your result looks excellent and it was 100% successful so I think you did the right choice by selecting dr yaman. 
 

Im also looking to have a hair transplant and I’m also considering dr yaman as one of my top choices.
