35 year old male. Have always had a high hairline. Started receding around 24 years old. I was on finasteride since 24 years okd and switched to Dutasteride .5mg 6 months ago. Also started oral minoxidil 5mg 6 months ago. I am planning to have consultation with dr Bisanga, but wanted opinions. My dad is a NW 6, my brother who is 37 is NW 3-4 and no medication. My maternal grandfather NW 3 at 95 years old. How many grafts do you think and is it risky to get hair transplant now with my dad being NW 6 or do you think at 35 and taking medication I should be in the clear and won’t develop to NW 6?
