do you still have enough donor hairs after 2 procedures?
-
why did you decide to remove grafts from the frontline? From your previous thread I thought you were mainly unhappy with the density behind the hairline, which could be fixed by adding more grafts there?
-
looks good man!

It's not the ideal result for the price. But you have to take into account future hair loss before going for a touch up. I would live with it for now, save the donor and see how the hair loss progresses. Maybe wait a few years before the second round.

sounds like there is not much improvement this month?
-
it doesn't look too bad to me with this lighting. Could you take some photos with brighter light or outdoor?
-
How is it going? Please update us

looking good for less than 3 months. Nice hairline design

I would stop fin and take the fertility test again in 6 months to see if that makes a difference.

I agree, but do you not think the overall aesthetics/caliber/"density" of my hair look better when it's wet? Or is there no discernible difference in your opinion?
I think in your wet hair photos you comb your hair to the right, so the left side actually looks thin, but it gives the impression that the right side looks decent. You can try to do the same to your dry hair, maybe comb your hair to the right and use your hand to keep it down to the scalp, similar to your wet hair picture, and take a picture again.

Yeah for sure and wet hair is the most optimal look in my opinion, makes the thinness of the frontal hairline less noticeable, but all bets are off when the dry look settles in.
That's weird because usually wet hair looks thinner...

I think there has been some improvements.

here are some more photos, I see growth so i know the grafts are alive and I am lers worried.
growth actually is just hair shafts working their way out of the body.

For me personally, I just feel that the medical practices are better regulated here in the US/Can, I don’t even know what that means, just a feeling. But I feel safer here and I paid more for the peace of mind.

I can see how happy you are with your surgeon, you even name your account after him 😂

It’s interesting that people have to ask who did the surgery first before providing their comments on the results. We can just look at the pictures and say what we think, right? Why would we need to know who did this to comment on the results? Does that information change how we assess the results?

We are used to the food we eat thanks to evolution. But Fin is very new. Even the medical community is still arguing about this, I don’t think any of us here can say for sure if PFS is real or not. It’s just a personal choice, we believe what we want to believe.

Think about things like alcohol, or smoking, even if you stop using it, the damage has been done.
I am not comparing the effect of fin to alcohol or smoking, just want to say you can’t always reverse the effect of something you have been using for years, even if you stop using it.

Personally, I don't want to take a drug which messes with my hormonal system for the rest of my life. I don't believe anything that messes with my system doesn't leave a consequence, that would be too good to be true. Finasteride was approved to treat hair loss in 1997, I don't think it has been around long enough to fully understand its effects. Hair is nice to have, but health is more important. It's just a personal choice.

Can someone post a picture of an unnatural NW0 guy? Let's assume that the HT was done properly, no multi's in hairline, no bad angles, hairline not ridiculously low, just a normal NW0, would it look unnatural on an old guy?
-
Looks good, but could use more density. How many grafts were used for the touch up?
-
I think hairline looks good, not too low. What is the distance from glabella to hairline?
-
I agree with OP. I don’t see why it’s unnatural to have NW0 at older age. A lot of old guys have NW0 hairline in real life.
The only reason not to get a NW0 HT is limited donor, not because of naturalness. If OP doesn’t have MPB then I think a NW0 HT is fine.

That’s an interesting software program. Do other clinics use software like that? What is the general term for software program like that?
Repair from Dr. Bisanga - Did adding density result in depleted area?

First time I've heard of the 50% chance. Does this apply to all touch up cases?
