  1. Hi everyone I wanted to share my experience with fina, and also hear your advice I am 25 years old, I have already done a bad transplant of 2500 grafts, and I have a diffuse that has become more pronounced this year. I started 2 months ago to : - Minoxidil oral 2.5mg per day - Finasteride oral 0.5 mg per day The problem is that I have a loss of erection in the morning. What should I do? Lower it to 0.25mg a day? Or take a break for a while, and if so how long? Thank you
  2. It scares me these stories, I have a big diffusion and I was really counting on the finasteride. Besides, the shedding has just stopped
  3. I have the same side effects, loss of morning woods.m at 0,5mg per day. Do you think its better to decrease at 0,25mg per day, or 0,5mg per day 1 day /2
  4. Thank you for your answer I plan to do this, and evaluate my donor area. But can an excellent clinic remove 500 misaligned grafts, or is there a maximum limit? I have switched to 0.25mg of finasteride per day, as I have lost my morning erection Thanks,
  5. Thank you doctor for your advice Yes, I will only do this repair at a professional. I just hope that my case is repairable, because I have the impression that as far as plug removal is concerned, you can remove a maximum of 300-400 grafts. I have about 1500 misaligned grafts. I will send you some pictures with flash (only 1 without flash). During this year, I lost a lot of hair, in addition to the impressive shedding of the oral minoxidil. The middle area was devastated. The shedding has just calmed down, I hope that the regrowth phase will start. Anyway I have to get it fixed, I can't live with it.
  6. Thank you friends, My shedding was really impressive, I hope to have a regrowth. The worst thing about my failed hair transplant is that the hair is straight up, do you think the doctor can remove it even if there are 800 to remove?
  7. I have rarely seen such a stupid answer
  8. Hi friend; i have the same problem; is it a solution to stop for two weeks to make a break of fin ? or it will destroy the benefits of fina
  9. Precisely, I hesitate to densify now the front, or wait a little more. To be norwood 6 at 26-27 years old is inconceivable for me, I already suffer a lot from this situation. For now, I plan to continue the medication for 7-8 months, then evaluate my donor area, and schedule a repair + densification of 1500 grafts.
  10. Yes i will come back with his answer but i begin have secondary effects with finasteride, it’s a new problem..
  11. Hello the forum, First of all, thank you to each of you, what seems to be simple answers to posts are very important to me, because these tips allow me to make the right choice. I did a bad hair transplant with 2500 ( maybe 2000) grafts at Maison Médicale Auguste Renoir Paris, but the front line is straight, pluggy, and the hair is misaligned. So, a month ago, I had planned to densify to 1000 grafts without removing anything, but thanks to your advice, I realized that it may not be the best thing to do. So now I wanted to know what you think. I have a huge diffuse hair loss, in 1 year I had to lose 30% of my hair mass, so I have been taking oral minoxidil 2,5mg per day, and 0,5mg finasteride per day for 1 month. Today, I live very badly this experience of failed transplant, and I wonder if the best is : - Correct the graft with a repair expert, and extract all the misdirected hair (at least 500) - Do nothing for the moment, and repair in 1 or 2 years (but in reality, why wait, might as well repair now, it's the same thing, isn't it? ) I have also a big question : - Do i have hope for regrowth these area with medication ? I attach some pictures, I am at a stage where with the flash we can see the diffuse loss, but otherwise it can pass, even if I feel the lack of density. Thanks in advance to the forum for your precious advice
  12. But in front, the first graft is not dense. Whether I add grafts now or in 5 years, it's the same thing, right? If you need 1000 or 2000 to densify, you might as well put them now than wait 5 years, right? But above all, is my case catchable? Because I have to repair the first graft, and fill the missing areas I'm lost, I can't position myself and I suffer a lot from this situation.
  13. Thank you for your answer, I will surely see Bisanga, I will ask him. Telogen effluvium doesn't last more than a few months does it? My hair loss has been going on for 2 years. And in the case of telogen effluvium, is it possible to regrow hair with medication? Diffuse AGW can start at 24 years old too, right?
  14. I’m really down.. 24 years old and i find myself with diffuse loss. I don’t even dare to go out anymore. i’m going to make a consultation with a repair specialist to evaluate my donor area, but to staphilize it, apart from prescribing minoxidil or finasteride, the doctor won’t be able to do much. For PRP, it is too expensive for no guarantee of results.. On my previous picture, it is rather the vertex that is sparse, here is a picture of my donor area without flash
  15. I am at the end of my rope. I'm losing a lot of hair all over, more than 300 a day, and I have a huge diffusion coming. I wonder if it's still worth fighting this damn baldness, I've already wasted 2500 grafts in a lousy transplant, and I have some erection problems with the fina 0,5mg. I'm really losing hope
  16. I hope.. have you ever seen amazing regrowth with medications ? And do you know which vitamin is very good for hair ?
  17. Okay thanks, I have already seen a doctor who prescribed me oral minoxidil... in fact, apart from medication there is not much to do. I've been on finasteride 0,5mg and oral minoxidil for 1 month, I want to put the drop under the shedding, but I was also losing a lot before starting the treatment.
  18. Hi my friends ! I didn't get any feedback by email from Mwamba. I'm losing a lot of hair and I hope the medication will work. Is a precise evaluation of the donor area possible in video with Mwamba?
  19. I also thought it was with the number of grafts. Lupanzula noticed that the grafts were misaligned, but he thought it was easier to densify the whole thing. In reality, it's really convenient for me to densify only, but it's a gamble to take, is the mass of new hair going to succeed in camouflaging. As for Feriduni, I'm afraid it's very expensive.
  20. Thank you for your advice, I have already seen Lupanzula, very nice clinic and staff, but he did not offer me graft extraction. Only a densification with 2000 grafts. In terms of skills, I know that Bisanga and Mwamba are the best in repair. But are they under 5 euros per graft? And above all, I would not want to do 2 or 3 repair procedures, it is quite difficult as an experience
  21. Hello forum, I have just registered, and I regret not having found this forum earlier! I am 24 years old, and I had a bad transplant of 2500 FUE a year ago. I would like to repair it. I'm hesitating between Bisanga and Mwamba, could someone advise me? I would like to extract 200-300 misdirected grafts, and have a very natural hairline-middle with 1500 FUE. (I haven't seen many cases where Bisanga extracts a lot of misdirected plugs) The price is also important for me, and I don't know about these two doctors. Thank you in advance
  22. Thank you for your answer, Yes I completely agree with you, once it's down I might as well put it on now I'm on finasteride 0.5mg a day, but I'm hesitant to switch to topical, or 0.25mg a day, or even stop, because I really don't want any erectile or fertility side effects. And, can i hope regrowth with oral minoxidil ?
  23. Yes i have a big beard, but i don’t know what is the best between do a repair now, or wait.. i’m losing hair in all my head
