  1. Yeah man, I had my hesitations but the publications that he did with Konior in the 90s and some reviews from others (who didn’t document anything) was enough to take a swing. Super happy so far.
  2. It looks much better for sure. I actually have a hairline again haha.
  3. Stylistic though I’ve never liked how the sides looked with shorter cuts given to how fine my hair is in general.
  4. I couldn't resist so I gently massaged the scabs away on day 6. I soaked them in a nice conditioner for 45mins and then massaged them all off.
  5. Nice, I still have redness but am prone to it. You should track your journey!
  6. Congrats! That dude was one of the first to train on the machine. Super knowledgeable.
  7. 6 month update: Definitely still pretty thin in the temples but much better than where I started! The temples are also pretty funny — we clearly didn’t go far enough back on one so they look like little sideburns. I’ve been cutting it close to skin on the sides every couple of weeks and the donor looks fine.
  8. Just a bit longer — still have my fingers crossed for more temporal density. I’ll be updating in a few weeks!
  9. En route to a grand slam. Enjoy the process!
  10. 5 months: Definitely hoping that I get more density in the temples over the next 7 months but super happy at this stage overall.
  11. Nearing 5 months. Couldn’t resist posting these today, though:
  12. Awesome, I’m coming up on month 5 and one of my temples is still pretty bald so this gives me hope!
  13. Awesome. I just snagged some of this in anticipation of styling my hair for the first time in years soon. Thanks, Melvin.
  14. 100%. It's quite common for one side to lag behind the other from what I've seen but my temples were completely bald. It's tough to tell how much fuller it will get given the implant density in that area being lower than I've seen with other cases. Some grafts definitely shed with the scabs but here are two post-op references of the area. Really hoping that it fills out nicely. Maybe I could consider SMP to help create the illusion of added density in the temples if they don't.
  15. Nice! Definitely track your journey on here so we can make a case for him to get approved.
  16. Alright, going for it. This is the longest my hair has been in over 3 years. It will be interesting to see what the temples look like in a month. 🧢
