    why there is some people saying mpb is progressive over lifespan and others saying they had been stabilized for many years with no meds so they can go for ht and that is true some people reach nw 4 and never go to nw5 im 32 nw 5 pattern diffuse thinner have full head of hair but it thin and shed when stop meds i wanna go for ht but im confused because mpb might be progresive to higher pattern or it is stabilized and thats my final pattern

    dont expect wonders from adding dutasteride you maybe gonna increase the risk of sides only if you have seen results from only 5 months finasteride you are a good responder go for a full year first

    hello guys thanks for this amazing forum and sorry for my english im 32 i had been shedding for 2 years and it progess so bad due to high stress and anxiety my hair fall like rain i have strong genetic from both sides my dad is norwood 5 i started minoxidil and finasteride 2 months ago and the stabilize my hair loss thinking about ht in next few years i have hepatits virus c and its antibodies off course but my pcr is always undetected which mean that i have the virus but a very few amount of it which is not active and cant infect others i also notice thinning in the nape of nech sides and lower crown when its wet i wanna know please 1.what is my norwood now and what is the final one 2.do i have retrograde alopecia 3.am i a candidate for ht 4.can any elite clinic take my case with this virus 5.what about my donor and hair quality( i dont have great beard donor) 6.if my final patter will be norwood 5 like my father can i stop take finasreride after ht due to watery semen i got from it is it dangerous 7.in my case diffuse thinnig i read that all affected areas thin together in defined pattern and dont follow norwood scale progression can the pattern expand down side to lower cown and donor with time and thank you all
