  1. Absolutely, it’s pretty damn close to my original widows peak and I’m very glad about that! Biggest anger I have from the last repair was the complete closing off (straightening) of my temple recessions and you can already see the aesthetic difference.
  2. Day 10. Photos under strong spotlights. Just varying the photos in different lighting and scenarios which I think is always important for transparency.
  3. The post surgery oil which is provided. Ingredients are attached
  4. Day 8. I think it’s prudent to upload some outside photos this time to give some insight as to what you can expect. Have noticed hair fail in recipient area which is totally normal! I tried to capture the new grafts as best I can, you can pick them out when zoomed in.
  5. Just as I thought, you no doubt have very aggressive hairloss. I genuinely think 2000grafts won’t do much for you if they are spread out as said. You need careful planning with your doctor as I previously said, but I think it would be better if you let the community know who is your intended doc? It’s a very tricky case but in the right hands it could make you feel a lot better about your hair and make an improvement. you could also add your pre 1st surgery situation photos to determine what is transplanted hair.
  6. I’d suggest uploading better photos mate. Clear shots from the front and sides with brushed back hair. More of a Birds Eye view of the top of your head. Perhaps share the photos you provided to the surgeon. 2500grafts to the frontal third, the yield does not appear that good… so I think 1000 to the mid scalp in your case would not be suffice.. Based on your current condition you are destined for to be high on the norwood scale. You’re crown is already thinned a lot also, you need to be careful here… Also you need to have your donor assessed under magnification as you’ve already had previous surgery.
  7. Thanks man, appreciate it. The plan is to extract what will be left (or the majority) in October. Some of these grafts will be dissected where necessary and placed into the hairline. You can see there is ~4-6mm of the hairline not touched but there is a solid density, it can be touched up if needed. This is what we spoke about. Any other areas of concern in zone 2 would also be filled. Temples are to be closed off also. If there are grafts left after the 2nd extraction I will just get electrolysis on them, I won’t be ocd about it that’s for sure. Pre surgery: Hairline height from Centre to glabella was 5.5cm Hairline height from right hand temporal recession to eyebrow was 6cm. Hairline height from left hand temporal recession to eyebrow was 5.8cm. Post surgery: Hairline height from Centre to glabella is 6cm. Hairline height from right hand temporal recession to eyebrow is 7.1cm Hairline height from left hand temporal recession to eyebrow is 7cm. obviously it’s a huge difference from the moment I look in the mirror. Dr Feriduni used a gadget like attached to check the measurements.
  8. Day 6 post op. Final day visiting the Feriduni clinic for my wash and check up before flying home. Spent around 15mins with Dr Feriduni discussing things further! Some high res photos. Couldn’t be happier at this moment. Im extremely impressed with the healing and how little redness I have.
  9. Day 5. First day using the serum at recipient area. Hair spray treatment is finished. Tonight will be the first time applying post surgery oil to extraction zone. Ecstatic with how the hairline is healing. Most like will be 3-4days before the rest of the scabs come off from there and almost little to no redness.
  10. I think some patients left the hair long for the 1st stage of repairs too if I’m not mistaken. Most probably for same below. It was decided for a no cut as it helped Dr Feriduni with the creation of the irregularities and then an overall estimate of how the hairline would look to my facial proportions. Just made things a little harder for graft placement the nurses were telling me. I believe so that the no shave will benefit me in camouflaging this over the next few months. I will probably try to do this in October again but I notice they tend to shave for the 2nd repair procedure on patients.
  11. Yeah, I have to say, I’m really not concerned about how this will look at all… I believe it will be a pretty successful repair. I took no photos, not sure I’d like to rock up and start taking photos 😂It’s a class facility though! He’s a top guy and conversational wise, it’s great. He was showing me all the gadgets he was using during the surgery and showed me long haired graft extraction versus short, the bad grafts versus the good etc.
  12. I’d rather not go into all that here again, there is another thread whereby you can comment there mate.
  13. Day 3. I got my hair washed by post care team today.
  14. Hopefully he gets training other doctors so 😅
  15. The work Eugenix done on you was absolutely disgusting. Nothing short of it. FairPlay to you for your resilience! It looks very good. 👌🏼
  16. I certainly would advise against medication at 65. You have good coverage and I would just leave it as it is 😃
  17. I agree that they don’t, even when issues are pointed out they still don’t listen and don’t accept. Having been there, they are far from elite. For as long as I’m on this forum I would definitely encourage people to steer clear of Eugenix. From where I have been personally, elite places are with Feriduni and Cooley.
  18. I’m curious to know what Norwood you would class yourself as? At this stage some things are not meant to be touched, and in your case you could end up making it a lot worse.
  19. In order to know if your donor is truly comprised or the level of extraction that could still be achieved you need to be examined under magnification. Hairs per sq cm in your donor needs to be determined. Anyway, your hairline needs to taken back, it’s not suiting your face whatsoever and as you get older it will be more noticeable at a glance. No irregularies whatsoever. It not a complete disaster but you need to think of the future, in terms of hairloss but also in terms of an appropriate hairline design with age.
  20. Day 1 post op: I returned to clinic for the washing of my hair by post care nurse. Shortly after Dr Holscher invited me into his office. We discussed the future plan in October, he checked hair density again, my donor area is around 70-80 per sq cm, while my crown and midsection is showing 90-100 per sq cm with little to no miniaturisation. This confirms that I stabilized my hair loss for now… He provided me a script for Oral Monoxodil. I will try it for one year and see if there is an improvement. Dr Holscher took more photos after the wash. Starting to heal rapidly. The quality of photos is also excellent, showing the irregularities, and widows peak he created from extraction. Also there is a photo of where the ingrown hairs were extracted. (Unfortunately some of the photos aint uploading, just appearing as black) I think myself there is probably another 250-300 grafts to be extracted from hairline in Oct but time will tell.
  21. I flew into Brussels, took the IC train at airport from platform 2 to Hasselt which went in the opposite direction for one stop only (I got out but realised it was going back within 10minutes 😂 so jumped back on). It’s pretty simple getting here. I will stay till the 29th just to allow proper healing and avoid unwanted attention! I have the benefit of working form the Hashotel! Not a fan of travelling with a blood soaked head either. Hasselt is a small but modern beautiful city to be fair. Lots of shops, and restaurants with great food 👌🏼 I guess cause it’s a smaller city people here are very interactive and genuinely nice.
  22. Sure, although my photos don’t do it justice due to resolution they do look seriously slick on the photos taken by Feriduni. They will send me the photos tomorrow aswel. Port surgery serum, spray for the recipient areas and a mousse shampoo post surgery oil for extraction zone . They send a link to download an app, which has a calendar , sends a notification for spraying or for example, shampooing every second day. They also provide antibiotics, painkillers ,vitamins, neck pillow, pillow cover and a cool pack for the forehead.
