If this guy has no further hairloss, I think the situation can be rectified by electrolysis i.e. zapping/killing all the too low hair, and creating a new more appropriate hairline that way alone.
But the main question is why in the first place the clinic agreed to make that hairline as they know that it would look bad and unaesthetic

Really good result so far. It’s going to be improved a lot in the next months. 👍

I think it's ahead of the schedule! By 6 months you would have much more thicker results.
I found this video from Mr rolandas which is really helpful in assessing where we are and where we should be :
Thanks mate for sharing the video link well as per the video it seems like I am a month or more ahead but again as being said that everyone grows at different pace 🥲

Agreed. The area should have been marked out and avoided for extraction. But it seems that they've extracted from the zone at the same density as elsewhere.
OP should try some minoxidil on the area to speed up the recovery if it is shock loss. Worst case scenario, one can do some beard hair grafting or SMP in the area.
Minoxidil is a good option and hope for some re-growth in the desired area

Wow dude! Thickening up by the day! Would not surprise me if you are waking up to more hair every morning at this stage!🤣
So happy for you man, you look great!
Thanks @MazAB for such assuring words and yea I can feel the improvement but still HT hairs still have to sync up well with non HT hairs and also increase in density and volume to reduce or I can say eliminate the sparseness .What do you think as per your experience could be timeline to achieve this ?
Also sharing the video in bright sunlight and room light

4.5 months Update :
Yesterday hit the 4.5 month mark and growth is coming along well and seems to make difference a little bit if I compare it with my 4 months mark .Some hairs are still at small length and expect more density with hairs becoming long and hopeful about more sprouting which will add up to density and volume in coming months 🤞
Also I did trim my sides and donor area couple of times already as they were becoming really long and making me look crazy 😅
Let me know guys what do you think is there difference between 4 months / 4 months 15 days ? and what do you think about the progress ?Will be sharing the videos link in bright sunlight and room light tomorrow 🙂

With the grade of baldness you had and coverage done the growth is faster than most people I have seen so it’s a positive sign and you getting the acne here and there means that hairs follicle is trying to come out from beneath the scalp and start growing .We both were operated exactly same day and by same surgeon .Hope you remember 🙂

Some people get faster growth than the others. That doesnt mean if you have fast growth on month 4 u will get 60% percent more in the next months. The maximum growth is achieved in many cases until month 6 or 7. After these months minor changes occur like thickening of grafts etc..
Hey Mate , I reached the clinic for the same query and this was there reply :
Please find below the hair growth cycle for your reference :
1-3 months - The shedding phase may happen.
4-6 months - 40% to 50% Hair growth is there, hair growth will start but the density will be a bit low.
9-12 months - Full hair growth can be observed with good density. -

didn't you already post a similar "How is my growth thread" 4 days ago?
Yes mate but didn’t got many responses was expecting people to share their experiences so thought of sharing the video in sunlight and ask them up .HT really tests our patience level 😔

Some people don't even see growth at 4 months, this is a sure fire home run. How many grafts did you get?
Hey .. It was 2207 grafts

It would be great if others can suggest on what can I expect in coming months in terms of growth and density and also if when did they observe less sparseness around which month mark as when lighting is directly on scalp
Thanks

Something does not track...how did your hair grow so fast from shaved to like..10cm in 4 months?! Share the magic
Hey Mate , I think if you see above the hairline part those are the non HT hairs which might be giving you an illusion of that they are way long but yea I felt that HT hairs also grew well and I didn’t do anything special just was disciplined with high protein diet , multivitamins and Finasteride 1 mg

Hi Everyone ,
I am currently at 4 months 9 days and wanted to know your thoughts on how natural the hairline looks in when sunlight is just at side to hairs or back and also when bright sunlight is directed towards scalp .
I see the sparseness which worries me when the sunlight is directed towards scalp and hairline just doesn’t look that dense due to sparseness. Shall I expect the density to increase by 60% or more in coming 4-6 months which might resolve the sparseness /see through the scalp ?
It would be really great to know your thoughts and help me understand what should I expect ahead in this journey .

Ok @MazAB, i did today some pictures in bathroom lighting so im posting it. Previously to show progress i only used pictures in daylight, so now maybe some with artificial light. I have 3 lights in bathroom, so it's well-litt. In 2 weeks im posting 9 monhts pictures in daylight, as promised.
Surprise, I got curls again like in highschool 😂
Midscalp and crown are not able to compete with powerful frontal curly hair. (i suggest to right click on the picture and open it in new tab to see it in best resolution)
Left profile contrast between frontal hair and midscalp hair is the worst issue for me.
Yeah, i know that some of you think that this hairline is to aggressive. But i like it 😄
Donor at the back looks like is ready for another HT 😅
I think second HT will be more difficult, because on midscalp and crown i have a lot of miniaturised hair that are not so much pigmented as hair in the donor or freshly created frontal hairline.
Wow Awesome results congratulations mate🍾🥂 ..btw when did you started noticing hair thickening?!

For most people, 4 months is when they start seeing noticeable growth. Yours looks phenomenal for 4 months, you’re already well ahead of the curve. On top of the that, post-op pics look fantastic, and Eugenix is one of the best clinics around. This is going to be a stellar result.
Thanks mate

Agree with Evo, 4 months is when growth begins for most people. Most people have no growth, or barely any growth, until Month 4.
The fact that you have very significant growth at Month 4 and 5 days does indeed show you are really ahead of the curve.
This would be much more worrisome if it was Month 6 or beyond.
I know its hard but try to relax and reduce the amount of time you think about the transplant.
Thanks mate but my worry is the lightness in the Hair when the light is harsh / strong in that case the HT hairs appears so colourless and thin .Is there any theoretical timeline on when does HT hairs thicken up and add to volume ?
Is it safe to have smp at this time?
