Hair transplants are not miracles and your hair wont be the same as you had when you were younger. managing expectations is a huge thing in this industry. realistically your hair looks amazing and far better than once you started, they did a 6000 graft surgery in one sitting and maybe not everything went perfectly but the overall result from one surgery speaks for itself. If I'm being honest you sound like a child throwing a tantrum.

Hair loss is known to be fast when your younger and slow down when youre older. do you know of anyone who lets say took finasteride for 20 years from the age of 20 to 40 then stopped then didnt recieve hair loss or recieved it minimally? Im currently an nw2.5-3 at 21 years old. ive been taken finasteride for 1 and a half years and have stabilized my hairloss but ideally I dont want to be on medication forever so im not sure what to do.

what sort of things can develop many years later? ive been taking it for a year and a half and have never had any side effects.

You dont need to go out of country. Eugenix is one of the best clinics and people from all over the world travel to india to go there. They produce natural hairlines and can even take on the most challenging cases.

I mean basic principles when designing the hairline and I think the hairlines they design look extremely natural and follow what is normal in nature. By different philosophies I mean some Drs go for a more youthful and aggressive hairline if its possible to do so some go for a more conservative look as to try and use as much less grafts as possible, some go for something in between etc. They are all great drs that produce good results. people just need to do there research and see what suits them best for there situation.

there philosophies and methods are different but all follow a basic principle when making it. I personally like the way eugenix makes hairlines.

The word habibi is not a racial slur and has never been one. its used interchangeably with the word 'mate; 'bro', 'homie'. Ive heard that word and have used it all my life with my arab friends and non arab friends whilst being from pakistan. Unfortunately it seems like Looksmaxx has some deep insecurity issues to the point he keeps referring to himself as 'sub human'.

the hairline which you have drawn is a lot more on the safe/conservative side. also 2200 grafts seems about right for what you have drawn. From my experience of contacting turkish clinics a lot of them will quote a higher graft count than necessary. you should talk to more clinics like eugenix, dr mwamba, dr bisanga, dr bicer.

do you mean non transplanted hair started to go after 2 years, also were you on meds during this time.

not to sound like a conspiracy theorist but if something like that was possible I don't see the reason why it would ever be allowed to the general public. major organisations would be out of business.

definitely option 1. the pic of james looks really good and natural. you will also save a lot of grafts if further hairloss occurs.

nope, you have misinterpreted what I meant. I am usually in favour of less dense hair transplants because I've got progressive hair loss and even though it has stabilised there's chance it will go further back given the fact that I was already an NW3 at aged 21. This transplant has around 80 grafts per cm2. he used 3300 grafts to do this whole procedure. That's a large chunk of grafts gone for a small portion of the hairline. I am more in favour of something like 50-55 grafts per cm2 being used so that you still get a full head of hair that looks good but has saved grafts for further hair loss. op had no further balding and a matured hairline, in this case he got what he wanted which was to lower the hairline and it to be dense. his transplant looks good and most people will not know something was done.

I'm usually not a big fan of dense hair transplants but if you're going to get one it should be done right and this has been done as perfectly as it can be. this is literal hair porn and no one will be able to tell.

its not necessarily as simple as it being about the numbers, hairs per graft, hair type, hair thickness, hair colour, hair surgeon etc all play a part in the result.
