  1. Hey brother - try to stay positive. I understand the results are not up to your hopes at this point but it’s still fairly early. Also worse case scenario a touch up has you looking 10/10. MANY people on this forum have it WAY worse off than you. You still have donor hair and only need a little bit more density. That’s a good place to be in overall. Not to minimize your worries, but to put things into perspective. Many people would  trade places with you.

There are many wise people on this forum that can help in regards to what you may need at some point from a touch up. My suggestion :

In the meantime can you upload more comprehensive pictures of your current situation. Maybe some with hair styled up / pulled back.  From straight on and from sides.  This way the community can fully assess your situation and best help you!!

    thanks bro stray up! 🙏

Honestly, I am very happy. if you look at my pre-op pics at the very top of my post. i was completely bald.

You have to remember the crown was never touched and I only had a frontal third surgery (temples, hairline to mid-scalp).

Dr Pekiner advised it was not possible to do the whole head in one block/session. What i have had done was over 3 days.

So pre-op to now ive been on finasteride MWF 1.25g per day.

Dr Pekiner advised to jump on minoxidil after 3 months of the surgery but i never did. - reason for that was because I was very pleased with the growth and felt like i didn't need to. Now im considering topical min for the crown? in any event I will be going back for second surgery.

Amazing results. Pekiner is so good! Did he recommend oral or topical Min?

  3. Freitas, Pinto, Pekiner. Had my procedure with Freitas in Sept. It was ~ €3 / graft.

Also brother - a long waitlist is a good sign. Especially for these renowned surgeons with high dr. Involvement and 1 or 2 patients / day. Wait 1 year is worth it for the right surgeon. Also you can tell them to notify you of cancellations. I was on Freitas waitlist for 1 year out, but they had a cancellation and 2 months later I had my procedure. It happens

I had my consultation with Dr Reddy, a few weeks ago.

Really don't know who to go with. It wasn't anywhere as indepth as a consultation as Dr Bisanga but I got good vibes from him and he appears confident that he can help me.

    Decisions, decisions...

Can you give detail about the consultation ? Prices and wait times?

    thanks brother

Hello, i visited many doctors durig this time. Couto, Zarev, Lorenzo and 15 days ago i went to freitas in spain.

Dr freitas was the more organized from all of them. He answered me the questions and told me how they work. they also answer me by whatsupp app some questions i had after i visited them.

Zarev is not replyng my emails. so not good option.

Lorenzo results i saw not so good.

So, my decision is by far the best freitas and i have already booked hair transplant with him! I am very happy. About 1800 grafts.

    Thanks @De Freitas Clinic

Hey brother - how long is the wait for the transplant with dr de Freitas?
