Indeed happy to add my voice to this, Have had pre and post op meetings with Spex, kind of cathartic to talk about something I hadn`t the courage to even talk to my GP about. Whilst he told me about his surgery with Dr Feller he also recommend H & W and Shapiro. However the most important lesson gleaned from our meetings was the mantra of research, research research.

Ditto the above. Good sound advice whilst allowing me to make such an important decision by myself in my own time. Whilst, like Spex, I chose Dr Feller several other clinics were recomended and in no way was there a hard sell. Still trying to get funds sorted for second pass and hope to hook up again in future. By the way when I offered to sell a kidney to fund next pass I didn`t mean one of mine :-)

Reportedly costing ?30`000.00, for one pass would appear to be a tad on the steep side, even for Hollywood

Thanks for your comments Atomic.I agree with everything you have said. I`m happy so far given my characteristics and am planning H.T.2 for some time next year.

Wow Come back from day at Disney land and it all kicks off. 1st things 1st, Petro_P since month 3 no 2 months have been same and think there`s more coming in. Vince, Dr at time said about 2k left but could be edging upwards to mid 2ks. I haven`t considered dying it, however my ex wife never stops nagging me to hit the just for men. Just to explain we have cancelled the divorce since the proceedure so she seems impressed. Thanks to everone else for taking time to comment, good or bad. For the record I`m very happy with results so far given I`m another proceedure and at least 2 years away from a definitve result, and given the area to cover/graft ratio I have modest expectations. My experience is that I would happily recomend Dr Feller, the reason I have posted is to help others make informed judgements.

Hi Spex has posted link to my pictures and I also have a blog. I`m very happy with what Dr Feller has done for me. However this is one of the biggest decisions you`ll make in your life and I`ll not advise you one way or the other. Anyone who would like to see an example of what can be achieved through a 1st pass on a NW 6 candidate is welcome to inspect it. I live in southern U.K.
