Looks like 3k grafts and pretty good work. Who was it?

Hair doesn’t really look bad, not sure I would mess with it.

I just messaged his coordinator, Emilio…. Sent a load of pics and videos. He then put it all to the doc, and they sent me a package with what he plans to do…. Pretty straight forward really.
most dates are full but says they get cancellations… to be fair, my case is pretty straight forward and not too many grafts.. I’m really not sure how he chooses his cases….Through WhatsApp or email?

Pinto would be my #1 choice in Europe. Fantastic surgeon with a passion for the field.
Impossible to get a consult

After much deliberation, I’ve finally booked in with Bruno Pinto! I’ve had to book a date in feb next year, but he’s confident a date will come up after the summer.
I realise many of you say I don’t need a transplant, but I’m unhappy with my hairline and have been for a while now, so I’m getting it sorted! He’s quoted me 1800 grafts but wouldn’t be surprised if I need more…
looking forward to it.
Thank you all for your advice, on this thread and others! How did you get a consult with pinto? Thought they were full?

Hair looks amazing now, although to be fair the base you started with was pretty decent.

I would guess around 2500

It’s super early but do the temple points seem to be too straight?

Had surgery with De freitas 1 month ago today. Also had an in person consultation with Bisanga.
If you want to see more patient results from De Freitas you need to go to Spanish forums as most of his patients are Spanish and not English speaking.
Bisanga is conservative and quoted me 1700 grafts which didnt restore my hairline by much, for some people this will be great and what should be done, for me I wanted more. De Freitas quoted 2200 (I ended up with 2525). Bisanga wouldn't even address my temples, he just does this little strange angle drop from the new hairline to the receeded temples. I haven't seen many temple point cases from De Freitas either and it appears that almost all surgeons are scared to go near them.
De freitas does not do 4 surgeries per day, maximum of 3, usually 2 and most of these patients will only have average 1000 grafts per day and their surgery split over 2 days.
Neither surgeons do everything themselves, if you want 1 surgeon doing every part of the surgery, neither of these surgeons are for you.
Post surgery communication from De Freitas clinic has been great, any queries I've had, have been answered very quickly, can't speak for Bisanga.
Your choice will come down to preference, both are fantastic surgeons, for what I wanted and for my hair type, De Freitas had the edge and more of a wow factor.
It’s so weird that even elite surgeons stay away from the temples

Both.
Get one to do one side and the other doc the other side
Report back a year later and we'll put it to a vote on which side is best😊
Jokes aside, both are a good bet. De Freitas does some nice temple peaks/hairlines.
Dr B is a proven quality operator and honourable mention for his reps who some of the best in the business. Pre and post support is V.Important.
I haven’t really seen many Freitas temple point cases

I think Dr Bisanga has a shorter wait list than most given he is one of the very best.
probably because he is dearer than some of the others but if you want not to wait but not give up the quality he is an option if you have the money
But he requires an in person consult

I’m having the same problem

I’ve been in trouble for linking to people work! Not sure if I’m over stepping the mark by doing so…. It’s on his Instagram.
I agree it’s good work. It’s just too perfect, in my opinion. Unless the patient is 16. In which case, it’s fine!!
Can you PM me the link?

The hairline is not very dense, will probably need a 2nd pass

Yes and yes, but I don't think he's taking new patients at the moment.
He did some temple work on me, he uses very fine hairs and a small implanter that feels more like a toothpick.
Pinto not taking new patients?

I got my temple done by Bruno Pinto, but it wasn't full reconstruction work, just a little touch up on my weaker side. It came out great, and yes specific grafts are selected for the temples. Although I believe it was the nurses who selected the temple grafts during sorting.
Can you link your case?
Also, he doesn’t select the grafts? He leaves that up to the nurses/techs??

Determining Graft Volume - Do legitimate Doctors just “eyeball it”? Or is it common practice to measure the coverage area and calculate a grafts requirement?

I don’t think it’s Hasson. His hairlines are more “V” shaped and his temples look more rounded.
I like this design and would like to know who the surgeon was.
