hello, i have booked hair transplant at 23 september 2023 at freitas clinic in spain . But it happened an urgent issue and need to do eye surgery (problem on cornea) and at this date (23 sept) i may be in recovery and not be able to perform the hair transplant. So, i look to change the date and do it about November 2023, so i will have recovered from eye surgery. is there anyone here that have booked with freitas about november 2023 or near this date, so we can excange dates? thanks

Hello, i use hair fibers and now my hair looks very good. Also, minoxidil have made me some small baby tiny hairs in the hairline. So i use fibers on hairline and they look great on hairline with small hairs Pls check 2 photos, one is with fibers use, the other is without. @Melvin- Moderator 1. My question is , do you think if i combine also fibers with dermmatch on hairline will look even better for my case? or what other product can i use wth toppik to make my hairline even better? thanks 2. dry shampoo? 3. volumizing shampoo?

Hello, i visited many doctors durig this time. Couto, Zarev, Lorenzo and 15 days ago i went to freitas in spain. Dr freitas was the more organized from all of them. He answered me the questions and told me how they work. they also answer me by whatsupp app some questions i had after i visited them. Zarev is not replyng my emails. so not good option. Lorenzo results i saw not so good. So, my decision is by far the best freitas and i have already booked hair transplant with him! I am very happy. About 1800 grafts. Thanks @De Freitas Clinic

Good evening, I am 24, I have closed 1 year oral finasteride and 6 months oral dutasteride and oral minox. I attach a photo of how I am now, I saw a small regrowth in the hairline hairs from the treatment and on other areas stabilization. 1) I consulted with Couto, I went to Spain 1 week ago and he told me that of course he does not take me before 30. Also with a microscopic examination he told me that I am diffuse thinner and that I probably have DUPA, that is, that is worse. Then he told me that if I want now at 24 I can do a transplant with 1100 grafts in the hairline and temples (with parallel use of hair fibersthat he suggests) or 1500 grafts without the use of hair fibers). She designed my hairline, I attach a photo for you to see. I asked him if with the hairline he has designed we cover the worst possible case when I reach NW7 and he told me that he covers it on the condition that I put hair fibers on the crown and a little on the rest of the head, which I told him I have no problem with. Hello, i have an question :i am NW3 vertex (but NW7 pattern), 24 years old , agressive hairloss, but medical treatment has stablized me (dutasteride, oral minoxidil etc). I considerdo a transplant in 2 years. My donor is below average(not good density and grafts). There is not problm on money or region.i am going put 1.200-1.500 grafts for first procedure.Zarev seems that can extract many many grafts. like 30% more grafts from others.But Couto/freitas seems that with less grafts he can do better job and give the illusion of having more hairs.(even if he can extract less)Should i choose the first doctor for my first transplant based on what Norwood i am now (NW3) or what my pattern is? because based on what i am now Couto or Freitas is the best since they will fix my hairline But if i choose based on what Norwood i will be in 10 years (NW6-7) then Zarev would be the best option.

Hello, there is an clinic in Greece, where i live, that has post some results They focus mainly on low NWS 2-4. I cheked the results and it seems that the hair density is TOP with very little grafts use (like 1200-1500 grafts only). My opinion is that the density is a lot better and he is using less grafts from freitas or other top surgeons. doctor is not popular, and the truth is that the hairlines of this doctor are not so natural. But he uses so little grafts, so i think the result is amazing. What do you think? What is the advantages and disadantages of this doctor compare to top surgeons on word?

Also, i have some questions, since i am preparing for consultations. (i will not do the transplant now, but i want to contact with some docs) 1. i read that with dose that they not have good donor area and have agressive hairloss (my case), FUT should be better, as more grafts can be extracted. So, if i do not cut my hair on back of head very short (so the scar is not noticable), that means that FUT is better long term option than FUE? 2.Ok, couto seems the best of the word. Hello, i am 24 years old. I am NW3 vertex.I use toppik also, it makes things a lit better, but hairline and temples are not so good. All my family is like NW7 from young age around 30 years old. I started with finasteride 1 year ago, when i was NW3.. It stabilizes me , i not loose more. And i take also dutasteride high dose because my hairloss was agressive to completely block dht on scalp.And i will keep taking. This is my personal decision.+ oral minox + other stimulants. In terms of drugs i am decide to use them forever, as long as i have not sides effects I have much discipline, apply topicals everyday etc. In terms of mediation i have done all i can do. My plan is : making consultation with Top surgeons , not matter where they are and book an Hair transplant. Since most of them has wait list 6+ months, i will use this time to confirm if dutasteride, oral minox and all the other drugs that i take, stabilize me. If stabilize me, i will do the surgery. Since i am on extreme good mediation wth high dosage dutasteride, high oral minox, bimatoprost etc etc and since i can go to the best hair transplant doctor, use body hair on future if needs, do SMP and use toppik also, i think i should make an hair transplant to cover the hairline and temples(on crown i put toppik), as this age is the best. I mean not so many grafts, but enough grafts to give me a boost, and also can apply topik to make it look even better. So, i post my photos. One is how i was at 18 years old. So, at 0.25mm - 0.5mm depth you suggest use mesotherapy gun or dermapen? and mestherapy guns should i buy an model like 200 usd or like 1.000usd? or not difference for so small depth? trichosol maybe will be easier for my scalp if using 0.5mm? and how about efficiency compares to pg/alcohol?

Hello, nw3 vertex, 23 years old, man I have tried oral dutasteride for many years and it did not worked for me. also others drugs. I am going to use an mesotherapy gun at home (i am knowing how to use it as it is my job) .at low depth 0.25-0.5mm (so no pain at all) and use them with my topicals dutasteride/minox/bimatoprost/kitor kx826 etc. this is my last solution. 1) do the solutions must be sterile in order to inject them with mesotherapy gun at scalp? (0.25-0.5mm). or normal topicals solutions made by an pharmacy in greece is ok? 2) is it problem if they contain ethanol and PG? I am asking because i not know if ethanol is bad if injecting on scalp...? 3) could i use trichosol from fagron as base for less damagen on scalp? or normal pg/ethanol is ok?
