Even if you need 200 grafts, don't try and save money on crucial surgery
Save up money and pull the trigger when you're ready. You're in good hands with Dr Bicer

Thanks for the responses! Is it normal for them to be that red? It seems like they bled, but I am not sure. Luckily these pimples are restricted to my donor area
At 18 days there is nothing that can harm your final result. Just make sure to keep your head clean in the shower using good products and try to have a healthy diet

1 MG a day every night since last 25 days.
Ok, thanks for letting us know. I guess you are one of the unlucky ones who can't take it. However you can always stop it for a month to flush out and start off with a new routine like Mon-Wed-Friday @1 MG per time to see how that goes? but i'm not going to tell you what to do because I haven't experience your side affects to know how you feel.
I hope you will find an alternative solution because medication is incredibly important

Dear All,
I have started to take Finasteride since last 25 days. Off late i have been sensing pain in one of my testicles and it is on and off. Secondly i have noticed some tenderness in my chest and it feels a bit more loose and saggy. Kindly advise on whether i should be continuing the drug or not. I also recently had my hair transplant. Will the above side effects disappear if i stop taking the medicine.
Will Topical finasteride work ? Does it make sense in any manner.
Regards
Hi, what dosage and how often do you take it?

Good coarse hair. You'll definitely have a good result
Wish you the best of luck sir

Incredible result
It's all about density and a correct use of grafts

To restore your hairline you will need surgery 100%
For the rest of the scalp, it can definitely be saved. Oral minoxidil can do wonders for you, aswell as oral Finasteride for preventing future loss.
Good luck

Other 2 option are dr bicer and dr resul yaman @MazAB
I have nothing to say about Dr Resul Yaman because i never did research about him.
Dr Bicer does one patient per day. This is enough reason to choose her and that she is dedicated to her patient's to deliver a satisfactory result
Btw, Dr Bicer is one of the only few clinics in Turkey that is acceptable and natural looking results..

Hi guys,
My sides and back always looked like this, it was an observation of the doctor in my first assessment before the procedure, and it is because I have very black hair and quite white skin (high contrast), also the angle of growth of the hair it is very perpendicular to the scalp, which facilitates the entry of light, and my natural density is not very high.
The Fuexpert Clinic has been well known for many years, not only for the amazing results of its hair transplants, but also for the excellent care of the donor area.
They would never have done a concentrated or poorly distributed extraction, in fact, I have only 2000 extractions well, separated from each other and well distributed throughout my donor.
I hope I have clarified your concerns.Enjoy your hair. DO NOT worry about ANYTHING

Yes of course there is thinning, but it's not thinning.. it's just too many grafts taken from same location. It's quite a simple reason actually. because rather than harvested from all throughout the back zone, the doctor focused in the central zone only. I understand that the hair there is 100% safe and strong... but you gotta make a balanced harvest either way so that the patient can feel confident about haircuts. This isn't even a short haircut, it looks like a number 3 and you can see visible signs of extraction..
The hairline work is PERFECT and good density, it's enough to make him happy
The back is not the end of the world. Smp could take care of this issue

Dr Gur result
I don’t think you can go wrong with either one but fuecapilar will be cheaper.
Eugenix is really popular and a lot of international clients so they are cashing in. If you’ve the money go for Eugenix otherwise Fuecapilar is just as good.
A doctor doing the work is always good but it can be a BS gimmick at times and techs do a better job. Results is what matters not the title of the person doing it.
This hairline has a lot of doubles and some wrong directions. Look at how harsh his hairline is compared to natural softness of the sides? Please avoid
Regarding Premium package, you can get the Exclusive package, it is almost the same. Same technicians aswell. You can decide if you want Dr Arika or Dr Das to do your incisions

Looks great Armen, 1 year!

It will take minimum of 2 procedures to have an acceptable result since your donor area is quite thin

So you're going to Turkey for a vacation trip and you're trying to have a quick hair transplant while you're there? What can go wrong

4 MONTHS UPDATE
Hi guys, quick update for 4 months. Visually not very much happening as you would expect because it's only month 4. Some new grafts sprouting in the front
The temple points have remained the same for now, the right side is growing at the quicker rate than the left side, however as mentioned before the left side had 30 grafts removed from the previous surgery that my have conflicted with the growth cycles from everything in that area
The crown, as expected is covering up very very slowly but I can feel the baby hairs for sure
I still have thin appearance throughout the scalp from overhead view but maybe its just shedding from the medication until the previous transplant recovers back to normal
Here I have added a close up of the beautiful soft singles that are growing in front of my old hard hairline
I decided to do a side by side comparison, incase new people that look at my post forget how I looked like before.
It is from morning before surgery and 4 months after to show and appreciate the small changes that matter. The fact that I can go outside now without wearing a cap is great.. or taking a shower and not worrying how my hair line looks are things that take a huge weight of my shoulder.
Thanks everyone for reading and showing interest. My next update will be in month 5!

- Update on McGregor's hair transplant
Photo taken August 26th 2022. Clearly he is not on any medication and his hair transplant looks worse than it did in April!
I believe he got it around December 2021? He should be at 8 or 9 month's now, this is not looking good at all for him. But at least it isn't pluggy Turkish grafts!
What do you guys think?

Interesting find Melvin
I checked out his Instagram for a few seconds before writing. Maybe he went to the same doctor his father did? haha
Personally I have a few things to say. His hairline isn't as soft as you'd want it to be, they probably harvested singles found in the safest zone where its so thick rather than going more lower to the nap area.. however the shape drawn is suitable for him. Secondly, it's quite difficult to tell what month he is but actually he has managed to pull it off without anyone in the real world giving him two looks to question it.
Last thing.. let's be real, it's quite difficult to have a buzzcut with super skin fades on the sides after doing a hair transplant because we all know they aren't perfect, I have not seen many hair transplant patients with these hair styles but Chet Hanks seems to be able to have a number 0 on the sides without extractions showing, which is a well done to his Doctor ..

Your hairline will get fuller because you're still at month 7
Unfortunately your donor area will stay as it is. SMP is the soluction, especially if you keep it longer it will look great
