I agree , be conservatives with donor . Focus on stabilization and the long game rather than lowering your hairline . As far as vaccination requirements most countries are dropping them these days. Portugal(Pinto,ferreira) and Turkey(Bicer,Pekiner,Erdogan...) are pretty relaxed . 

That hairline is unnaturally low , whether system or HT . 

I have small bumps in my donor area still 10 weeks after FUE and they do not seem to be going away . They are present in the scalp donor and the beard donor . They come and go but never fully subside . Is this normal ? what is the best course of action in terms of treating them ?

Some mild fuzz regrowth after months . 

I d say , Microneedling is more proven than PRP or laser but even with that you need to be realistic . 

There is not much evidence that PRP halts or regrow anything , same with laser . Being realistic goes a long way in saving you lots of money and also disappointment .

Mine got thinner after discontinuation and I am talking about the donor .Way Thinner than baseline .

What happens when the hair turns grey/white as we age ? Wouldn't SMP look weird at that point ? What is the solution then ?

Wow inflation is really getting to everything 😆 As if we are not unlucky enough being predisposed to MPB.  

Where to get it ? The ones I ordered off amazing were either too tight or built with heavy cloth .

You can consult for sure ,could be that your leg hairs are strong and an outlier . I would say consulting Dr Bisagnia or Dr Mwamba would be a good start .

My Dr said the only viable option after scalp and beard is chest . Whether for filling the crown or donor . He said leg/arm hairs are way too weak . I may have to address the overharvesting situation myself soon and I do not want to do SMP . 

I heard that the last resort is chest , although regrowth rate is something like 60- 70 percent . As in with normal scalp is 90-95 percent .  So you have to implant much more and the quality may not ever be the same . But if your preferred hair style is buzzing it with number 2-3 the body hair strategy is a viable one . 

I am the exact opposite , the shedding doesn't stop and it s has been 10 weeks with no growth . 

A cap would almost go with anything these days .

First is two weeks post surgery and the second one is almost 2 months post . I still feel a bit overharvested but I hope it gets better . Minor improvements and hoping for more
