  1. HLC is a hair mill now, ruined my scarce donor and not for a great yield. Stay away, much better Docs to choose from.
  2. Yes, 0.1 is a good starting point if any.
  3. One thing has nothing to do with the other, If you are deficient in your main hormone as a male and you are simply replacing that deficiency you should not discontinue your therapy because of a perceived cosmetic benefit ( Which I do not think is true, putting you body in a stressed low T status could definitely be more detrimental to your health and hair). Getting dialed in on TRT is hard enough for a lot of people and if you happen to do so and got symptom resolution I think you should count yourself lucky and not mess with your hormonal system any further. What is you Free T, SHBG and E2?
  4. De Freitas by a mile. The results are much better than Bicer. And in general I would avoid Turkey.
  5. I would stay away from HLC. They did not do a good job on me and multiple other people on this forum. They are a semi Turkish Hair mill now. It is like factory assembly process. Your donor would get scarred and you may not get that good of a yield in terms of regrowth (like my case and many others).
  6. Making a YouTube video, Reddit thread... And whatever you can would help future would-be victims of these unetichal, conman Drs. Like Umar. Shame of the world on him. He owes you more than a refund.
  7. I think you should consult with an attorney and possibly try to contact his other failed patients (Maybe a Class Action) . This is unacceptable, Umar seems to be a conman , there is a pattern here. This is so unetichal, he should not be getting away with this.
  8. Are you on any medication? Who have you had you transplant done with? Thank you
  9. Hi, I m 2 days post surgery. If you scratch a graft and blood comes out it is definitely lost. Yes?
  10. Melvin , I understand your point but the thing is that HLC of 2023 is not HLC of 2015 . They have many unknown Drs doing surgeries left and right (Factory Assembly line) now which may have not been the case a decade ago .They increased their volume so expectedly quality dropped and a lot of us trusted that they are one of the best based on their past results not what they became now. As you know we have very limited donor and limited ability to scar the donor tissue . In my case , I had both my scalp and immediate high quality post-op pictures analyzed by two surgeons and they confirmed that HLC misrepresented the grafts amount implanted per sq cm . There is no gray area here . In my case I paid 15k USD and others who paid tens of thousands just to get what a Serkan or Emrah would provide them in Istanbul for one tenth of the price on top of their donor scarred . It s a bit painful when people attack us as if we did not do our research and had unreasonable expectations .
  11. I m exactly like yourself, poor density and grafts survival. These idiots who jump to HLC s defense have no idea. They are most likely HLC employees or affiliates.
