Hi sorry to start a new thread but I'm stressing out.... So I've contacted a few clinics and I've settled on HDC..... a few other clinics advised me not to have surgery at all due to lack of donor.
I'm not looking for a full maine of hair, I'm after coverage with a hairline and plan to have smp in the future as I wanna keep my hair buzzed at grade 1 all over. I have a few questions that I need help with.
I'm starting on fin and min tomorrow, at the moment I'm wearing a hair system... I'm taking that off tomorrow which is a huge thing for me and would like to shave my hair down to grade 1, is this ok with minoxidil as in I'll be buzzing it every few days?
I've been having skin fades for as long as I can remember around the sides and back, the pics I'm going to attach are 2 weeks post fade. My hair has multi tones and is fairy course, does it look like I have enough donor for a hairline, bit of filling through midscalp and some for the crown?
Is it likely I will be able to improve the hair on top with the meds baring in mind it's been suffocated for 12 years with glue and a system.
I've also attached a picture of a smp/fue patient with the results I'd like.
Thanks 👍

Wow these are fantastic results! Can I ask do you plan to have a transplant eventually?

So after days of relentless research to the point my head actually hurts, I've decided against Dr Bicer.... Dr Turan is the only budget option I would consider. I'm now going to save a little more and go for either Rafael de freitas, Dr Pinto or Dr Ferriera. Rafael de freitas is my number 1 choice but the waiting list is ridiculous I am waiting to her back from them. My budget for each transplant is £8000 so 16k total (I reckon I need 2) what are your thought's on my short list?

I wore a hair system for 25 years and I’m a Norwood 6/7. I’m having surgery in a month. 👍
Who are you going to?

Thank you @Gatsby that's made me feel better, been worried I wouldn't be suitable because of the hair system

One more thing, what's the success rate of transplants for patients who've worn a hair system? Is it a normal thing in the transplant world etc....

Fantastic results! Buzz cut suits you too. Dr Bicer definitely my choice now.

Do you think the 75 per graft Eugenix transplant would be a better option than Dr Bicer? She will be my only choice in Turkey. Her work is impressive and affordable.

@Doron Harati I'm currently wearing a hair system, them pictures were from earlier in the year when I took it off.

Thanks for replying I'm not atm, id be open to using minoxidil but won't be taking fin. Eugenix look incredible but seem as expensive as the UK? I reckon I need at least 4000grafts first time round?

Good Afternoon... I'm looking for help to find a clinic in Turkey (can't afford UK prices).... I've been wearing a hair system for 12 years, I'm 34 now and can't be bothered with the maintenance etc.... I realise I will never have results like my hair system. I've attached some pics from when I removed my system. Thanks
The beginning 🤞
